We ordered boneless honey bbq wings.
They looked like they were left over from day before and were so hard we could hardly get a fork in them . Terrible.
We did ask waitress was this what we ordered and she yes that's it. My husband only at 2 before just giving up.
I believe the day I was there they may have been short on staff. We waited about 30 minutes to get food after ordering. One of our group was missing fries - after about 15 minutes we flagged someone down and she brought fries right out. We did not get any drink refills. We were on our lunch break and didn’t have time to wait on to go drinks. We did get a discount on our ticket that we were not expecting. Even though it took a while to get our food, everyone was very pleased with their meals. I had the sweet heat tacos and they were amazing!
Waitress and staff always friendly. Lunch menu is a great value
Nothing keep up the good wk ty
This time we had good service, the food was good. My only complaint is the up charge for pickels & onions on your burger. I did not get cheese or lettuce & tomato. Not sure why you charge for extras when the most expensive items are left off.
Quick and great food
I order from this location at least once a week. The food is always delicious and fresh. I have one request, PLEASE ADD a side of sour cream on the sides menu so it can be added to someone's order. I always have to ask when I go in and sometimes it's not an issue. Yesterday the manager was very confused. He said he put 2 things of all my sides. I have zero idea the two things he put in there, it seemed to be sour cream w/ cinnamon in it. Very odd.

Both wraps were made incorrectly; the receipt had everything listed correctly with no ranch on one and no cheese on the other however both included the wrong ingredients.
The food was delicious. The waitress was excellent. She got excellent service. She smile and laugh with us and we had a good time.
Our pick up order of 25 all Fla wings and onion rings was short 6 wings. We talked to t he e manager and picked up 10 wings the following day.
It was a great experience and I would definitely come again. The food was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming, and our server did a great job.

I received an email yesterday morning about new offers for meals. Since we had been talking about ECWs, I figured we’d order for pick up for dinner and I placed our order online. After an incredibly long wait (as the ECW asked if she could take a call that had been on hold for a long time and I agreed thinking it’s a 2 min call, nope!) Hostess said she was not allowed to give out food. Finally another employee came up, asked my name for pick up order and handed me a brown bag w only carrots and celery. My order was almost $27 so definitely missing items. Finally she said those specials that were emailed to me were not “in their system yet” so it only printed out my sides. But she could see my full order even though it didn’t print out so they would make the rest of my order. Nobody noticed a $26.xx order was “filled” with only carrots and celery?!?? Needless to say, waiting 20 min after the order was to be ready caused a major inconvenience.
Why would these specials be sent out to rewards members if the restaurant wasn’t prepared to print out those orders to prepare for take out?
Frustrating and a waste of my time.
