Food was great and our waitress was wonderful!
Both times I’ve ordered takeout from here they’ve forgotten something. I go in after they gave me something free for messing up they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about.
If you get the 5-tender combo, there should be more than one ranch dressing in the bag.

Server was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. Chips were good and crispy just like we requested. Best experience we've ever had.
The chicken sandwich was flat and looked more like a fish sandwich than a chicken sandwich. First time I had the sandwich so don’t have anything to compare it to from the past at your restaurant.
The wings are good, as always. My only complaint, I paid $1 extra for saucy, and the wings only had dry rubs on them, but no sauce. I’ll still go back.

The fries were so salty that they were inedible. They wings and chips were great.
No soap in the men's room. When I asked about it, I was told they didn't have any and were going to get some later. How are the employees washing their hands after using the bathroom? I believe this is a big health department violation.

This location is close to my job and I often order take out. The food is always ready by the specified pickup time. Staff is friendly and courteous.

The shrimp was very overcooked and the wrap was dry. I’ve ordered this a lot and it’s usually much better.
The food was delicious but I do not like sitting in the bar area. I wish your waitresses would ask if it’s okay to sit in the bar area before sitting you down. And then the waitress wasn’t all that attentive.
Our fries were cold and not cooked . Chicken tenders were barely warm and not heat index. Wrong sauce was on tenders.
It was take out but everything was spot on.

Quick service and accommodation sports on the tvs.
* Somehow (put up a wall?) to keep the bar separate from the dining area!
* Have the waiter/waitresses work in a different area for setting up silverware, etc. and not in the dining area where customers are.
* Keep tables/floors and bathrooms cleaner.
* Update menu.
* More decor of what East Coast Wings is all about and include community events!
