It is wonderful to have a restaurant that you know will prepare the food perfectly every time! I am also always impressed with the staff. They are friendly, professional, and meet our every need.
Server was Great , very attentive and sweet
The service was not the best. We asked for silverware and napkins and didn't receive them, we had to get up and get our own from the bucket at the stand. We had to ask for refills. The food runner was friendly and did things our waitress didn't do.

The food is always on point, they have a varitey of items to choose from that are all banging. Like for example, I always got the wings, I always thought it was against the law to order a burger at a wing joint, but the burger maybe the best burger Ive ever ate. Its pretty close. Plus, the service is even better. I come in on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sit at the bar because I get the best service possible. I work for Best Logistics and yes I recommend ECW, but its the only spot I take my drivers to when they come in town and have to stay in K Vegas for a while , if they say they are hungry, I take them to East Coast everytime LESGO!
I always enjoy going to East Coast Wings + Grill -- the service is great, and even the smaller lunch portion is ample for a good meal.

Our favorite restaurant and favorite server. The wings are always cooked to perfection. We love the lunch special.
Your emails are frequently wrong. The recent special of ordering wings and getting 75 rewards points...I did not get the 75 points. Nor did the APRIL10 coupon code work on my over $40 order. Not happy about the lack of transparency with your email coupons and specials.

The friendly atmosphere and the timely manner
Let me start off with saying the Country Club Location is awesome. The staff were great and the food was perfect like normal. I do however have a HUGE problem with Corporate East Coast Wings. I received an email inviting me to order online during the month of April and get $10 off once I spent $40. As the end of the month was ending, I decided to place an order. I order Bone-in wings with chips and added another 15 wings to put me over the $40 amount. I went to apply coupon and I got an error: “You must spend at least $40.00 to use this coupon”. I checked and my order before tax was over $40.00. I tried all CAPS, same error message. I reviewed the coupon in the APP, clearly stated: Must be over $40.00 and must use the APP or website. Since nothing worked, I went to the Country Club location. I was greeted at the door by a young man. I explained my problem, he confirmed which coupon I was trying to use, then asked if I had any specials in my order. I said Wings/Chip combo. At that time, he informed me that CORPORATE advised that discounts and combos not allowed. I replied that the coupon does not say that. He said “yes” but he was sorry that is what he was told. He was VERY polite and professional. I said no problem, I will place my order and complete a Survey. He stated that I was not the first, he had answered this question multiple times. This is VERY disappointing. 1. If not allowed, then why didn’t the error message in the APP state the problem. 2. If not allowed, why wasn’t the APP version of the graphic updated to say something about no discounts. CORPORATE did neither, you left it up to 16, 17, 18-year-old kids to explain your mistake. Will I continue to eat at East Coast Wings, yes, I love the food. However, this is very disappointing. Your Corporate team could do MUCH better, than this false advertising.
Love the menu options and wings are the best around, but gave a rating lower than 10 because the service is always inconsistent. Take out is a crap shoot as it seems like if I don't empty the entire bag at the store, something is missing.
My wings were not fresh. They were rubbery
We have had our server several times and she is excellent. She somehow remembers our order almost perfectly, is friendly, attentive, and prompt. The food is good, but she is amazing.
