Service was very slow even though we were there before the dinner rush. Had to get up and go to the bar to get refills on drinks

It took a while to get service it wasn't packed I guess employees shortage may have been a factor, then I ordered lightly seasoned lemon pepper wings with a mild heat they were very salty and dry

The food and service was fantastic!
The floors were extremely slippery/greasy and our waitress wasn't very attentive. This seems to happen whenever they already know they're getting a tip regardless which was the case due to our large party. It didn't serm that they were just overcrowded & understaffed as being the reason for the delay.
The food is always spot on! Best wings around and by far.

The food was extremely greasy making it hard to eat. My husband ordered the cheesesteak and when he picked it up to eat it..all the filling fell right through the roll because it was soaked with grease and the plate was just covered with it. I ordered a burger and asked for light salt because I am a kidney transplant patient and it was not light on the salt and the amount of grease made the burger inedible. Expensive bill for something we could not eat
The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.
Caleb and his team were amazing. We had our son's graduation dinner after his high school graduation for around 25 people. The staff did an amazing job with service, speed, accuracy, and just being fantastic. My family loves East Coast Wings and this only made us like it even more. Caleb, the manager, was fantastic in accomodating us and making us not feel like we were a strain and we were able to really relax and celebrate and have a wonderful meal. Thank you so much! While there are quite a few places that serve up good wings, what sets East Coast Wings apart is the serving size of their dips.
Every other place I've been to gives you just enough to make it about half way through your meal. East Coast Wings makes sure you have enough to see you through to the end and I appreciate that immensely. And their Wings are really freaking good too. :)
