Exceptional waitress and great food.
They called me when my order was ready. I had my dogs with me the other day and did not want to leave them very long with the car running.

Everything was really tasty and I like how you give extra sauces.
The server seemed overwhelmed. Maybe had too many tables. This resulted in a prolonged wait from when we were seated. I think it could be fixed by adding an extra server. Other than that, he was helpful and attentive.
My food was so dang good. Plus it was my birthday meal so paid very little. Thank you for the gift!

They did let me order off the kid menu because I wasn't very hungry. I ordered grilled cheese with mayo and tomato with fries. Sandwich came out without condiments. She took it back. Another person was bringing it back out and waitress stopped her and took it back in the kitchen. Came back later with my sandwich and fries. Both were cold by then. I didn't say anything because by then I was getting hungry . They should've remade it. Could offer smaller or half orders on some of your entrées and salads. Normally wings are good size. This time they were very small. Food is normally pretty good. My husband loves your wings, but was little disappointed this time because of the size. I would order tacos there if you offered beef ones. Male bartender is awesome!!! We will be back!

Services were great from the whole staff and the new Korean burger was fantastic
Wings shouldn't be overcooked making them dry, and employees shouldn't come to work looking disheveled and their pants hanging so low in the back that you can see their actual skin & crack (not joking), this is what I saw with one employee.
On a positive note, note all of the wings were dry, and the fried chips & ranch were delicious.

The menu needs a little updating. The wing selection is great, but we would like more options for when we are not in a wing mood. The cocktails are pretty top-notch already. Would love to see more booth seating. We don't care for the half-booths, as it isn't as private...or as comfortable.
Wings were not fresh. Older prepared wings were served.

We love going to eat at the Statesville NC location. The staff and servers are very tentative, friendly, smiling, like to joke with us, thats because we come in a lot.
