Give take out orders the same care and attention that you give to eat in orders. I always have to send my takeout order back because it’s burnt. Also give more than one cup of sauce without charging for it or at least make the extra sauce affordable.
I love that they know me when I come in. They know my food and drink preferences and merely confirm when I come in. It’s almost like going to the tv show, ‘Cheers’!

On my last order I requested lemon pepper wings and Burbon Street and I don't know what I got but it was not what I asked for..they both tasted like regular Buffalo wings.

I ordered a Buffalo Fried Chucken sandwich and the tiny chicken fillet was so overcooked it was hard to bite.. My wife ordered the Cheeseburger Quesedilla and enjoyed it.

The chefs need to make sure they are following directions on orders. I order 5 lemon pepper wings extra crispy on 10-7. The wings barely had any lemon pepper seasoning on them and the wings were not fully done. Had to put them in my air fryer.
This location lacks consistency in food quality. In addition, it is never busy when I come to eat inside, but there is always a long wait for take out.
