My husband and I were very surprised and will be coming back! The service was fantastic, the food was hot and delicious. The street corn on the cob was fire and the selection of wing sauces was crazy.

Order was incorrect for to go! Seems like there is no urgency to get a to go order correct. This make the 4th time.

Service was great as always. Even gave replacement wings when one order was hot instead of mild, didn’t even have to ask!
Very slow service - was served our boneless wings and fries, but had to wait on silverware - server said none were clean. I’ve filled out these surveys before and not much seems to change at this location. It’s truly hit or miss - sad, because you have a good product but the delivery continues to be an issue at this location. Don’t mean to be critical but, maybe a strong on-site manager could bring this location to where it has the potential to be
Our server did a fantastic job, my family and I had a great time. I like East Coast because all over their menu items are very, very good. I typically visit the East Coast wings location in Winston-Salem. But on occasion, I do visit the Greensboro location. The only critiquing that I have is that the wings were overcooked and a little dry, but everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back.
Service was very fast
The Cobb Salad is one of our go-to’s when we don’t feel like cooking. Always great!!

Service was very slow even though we were there before the dinner rush. Had to get up and go to the bar to get refills on drinks

It took a while to get service it wasn't packed I guess employees shortage may have been a factor, then I ordered lightly seasoned lemon pepper wings with a mild heat they were very salty and dry
