This was my worst ever experience at ECW. I had Cajun chicken flatbread that tasted like philly steak and my daughter had buffalo sliders that looked like boiled chicken. Service was disappointing. Nothing like my experiences in the past.

the wings were not made to how we ordered them. then the server bartender tried to say it was correct IT WAS NOT
The service was very slow. We also came in to order the soup and it wasn't ready and would take 15-20, so we ordered something else (salad and wings) which took 25 minutes.
Ordered Wings with Hot buffalo sauce and the sauce was hot and sweet. Did not say anything to anyone.
Wings were not cooked correctly or old, not sure....ordered 25, ate 0, threw all of them away.
Chips were old and greasy with way too much seasoned salt on them. Celery and carrots were the only thing edible. Was really disappointed!

Our favorite location we know Ashley very well !! Even though we didn't get her section we had a young man who was a great !! My mom met our friend for lunch .
For my second experience (first with bone-in wings), I enjoyed it. Prefer traditional wings over the boneless for sure (my first order, ever). Good, meaty wings while the boneless, to me, didn't feel like anything special. I'll gladly return when I have a craving for the traditional! The To-Go service was friendly -- especially given they were working Christmas Eve.
