good people and food
We love the food and all the choices for the wings. We normally visit on a Wednesday since kids eat free and we have 4!
Great wait staff

Took about 15 min to get our drink order , 25 min to get out food order and when it come out was Luke warm at best.
Looked like waitress was training and the guy did nothing to help her.
Maybe 5 tables and least 1 left before ordering.
She come to us about time to get check ask about our food and we told her it was not hot and she offered to remake. I did not have a hour to wait for new order.
I just spent last 2 nights sick but not sure from what.
We had issues with service here before and wife and I stopped coming for about a year.
We had great service until Saturday.
Wife and I was surprised the guy train her was just walking around and doing nothing.

Your health department rating keeps dropping. It was a bit cleaner than my last visit. Sever was great but service was slow out of the kitchen.
Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent as always.

The quality of fries was not good
I've come several times and the food is hit or miss. The last time I came it was a hit.
I normally do take out. But it’s our favorite wing joint in town. Love the dry rub wings especially. They don’t skimp on carrots and celery and blue cheese/ranch here either. So many flavors it can be hard to choose LOL
It took over an hour to get a simple meal. We tried to leave but could not get anyones attention to pay for our drinks. We will not go there again.
This time they left my side salad out of my to-go order, didn't find out until I was back at work that it was short

Our experience was great aside from the famous chip baskets. It seems something has changed and the chips are overly cooked and dry! No real wait, amazing wait staff.

The chicken wrap didn’t have any of the sauces that was listed in the menu. It tasted very bland. We have eaten the same item at other ECW locations so we know what it should be like.

The last two times I have been there I never got my chips !!! I asked our waitress and made sure we told her we wanted them BEFORE our meal came and she said the runner will be bringing them and the runner never came so I said forget it now! Very upsetting!!!!
