Great food, great service, and great beer prices
I make pick up orders often and have found that no one answers the phone. I cannot make these on my phone as I live in a rural area and about 15 miles from Hickory NC. I have told them these regularly when I go in, place an order and have to wait on it.
Also, I often find when I return home some things are missing, such as carrots & celery, range dressing or other things. Many times in a rush or if the restaurant is very busy, I do not get a chance to check my order. If I order a drink, I usually have to remind them of that and wait again when they bring my order out. The service is just not as good as it once was and I'm not sure the problem.
Great customer service-friendly staff, order completed in a timely manner and food was delicious.

Paid .99 for saucy. They were the driest wings I’ve ever received. For the upcharge, even if kitchen didn’t want to make the box swim, give me a cup on the side so I can drown them at home. Had to add my plain old hot sauce. It certainly wasn’t the signature sauce I visit your store for. It’s really too bad too because the wings were cooked perfectly extra crispy. Disappointing as the restaurant was not busy.
Good food and good people
This was the second time in a row that all of the celery and carrots in our order were inedible. This is not an issue of personal preference - this is an issue of food quality being acceptable to serve or not. I wish I could submit a picture of the waterlogged, discolored, curled up, soggy, bendable instead of crisp vegetables I received. After spending $100 on delivery, I ended up taking the time to clean and trim and slice my own celery, as the vegetables that had been in my fridge for two weeks were fresher than what I received. Either someone is not paying attention to this feedback, or someone between the person receiving and communicating the feedback to those actually preparing the food, is just not caring. Perhaps you’re prepping too much too early, or you’re just accepting a quality of produce that you shouldn’t be. Please fix this issue, or stop serving the vegetables, make it clear you won’t be serving the vegetables, and don’t charge for them, either. The wings were actually pretty good yesterday, but having to give this review twice in a row really makes me think about if I want to place another order soon.
I enjoy the food so much I had to download the app. Although I did order the nachos on my last order, which was yesterday the beef that normally comes with the nachos was not seasoned at all. It was just ground beef, other than that the lemon pepper wings, and the garlic Parmesan wings were very nice. I really love the beer pub cheese that goes on top of the nachos. Highly recommend just was not satisfied with the nacho meat this time.
My Bartender was excellent
We love the bottomless chips. The wings are amazing, and the ability to customize them for every individual person at our table is what makes them even better! Your salads are fresh made, and delicious as well. All combined with exceptional servers to make it a wonderful dining experience.
The food is delicious and there’s a large variety to choose from. The white staff is always very cordial and professional and friendly.
Server was not good. I ran out of tea 2x before she would ask if we needed anything. Not a person that you need in this industry. Non personable, did not ask if we wanted to go cups or anything like our normal waitress. Food was ok. Not like normal either. Will probably go to Concord location before coming back to Salisbury.

Waitress was very nice. Food was okay, miss the fried green beans. Want to know how to change my number to my cell phone on my rewards card. No one in the restaurant seems to know.

Placing a to go order over the phone for pick up was easy and food was ready and correct when we got there. Very fast, great service and tasty food.
Mgmt and staff has gotten much better over the last few months. They needed some new blood in there to put some life back into that place.
Every time I get East Coast later in the evening, my chicken is rubbery and tough, literally inedible, because it has been clearly microwaved. This has occurred multiple times, and I thought each time “it won’t happen again.” Welp, I was wrong. Service is always stellar, but whoever is “cooking” (microwaving) back there needs to learn that the kitchen shouldn’t be closing until the restaurant is closed.
We got our food in a timely manner and the service was excellent.
Every time I go in there, even if you’re busy, you take the time to make sure I’m at least knowledged

Bring back the fried beans
For some reason, this location is not welcoming. No host to greet you, the food was fried so hard that you couldn’t tell it was boneless chicken wings. It’s like they warmed the wings up in the microwave which made them hard as a rock. I am taking the time to write this review hoping that you make changes. The one waitress was running around with his head cut off. He gets his tables mixed up and forgets silverware, napkins, and brings wrong drinks to my table. I had a $5.00 credit already and provided my phone number for him to apply to my bill and he still didn’t use it. Would not go back and apply it and told me to come back and use it later!! This is one $5.00’s that you can keep.
The wings are very dry. Should be served with more sauce on them.
The waiter was helpful and friendly, and the food was fast and delicious as usual.

It was my first visit and I was very disappointed. I really wanted to like y'all, too because Manassas doesn't have the greatest wing restaurants.
I ordered 25 wings, all hot, all extra crispy, 3 flavors. I ordered online, but I had to call the restaurant to figure out how to order a traditional buffalo flavor because none of the many many flavors on your menu sound anything like buffalo and that's what my son likes. I was advised to select hot index with no flavor and was assured it would be like Frank's red hot all over those wings. They weren't very saucy, but they did have some flavor. None of the wings were crispy - they were rubbery and I even questioned if some were completely done. None of the wings were hot at all. At. All. The veggie sticks were so small/few they could have fit in a child's hand. The fries were limp and flexible. The fried pickles were greasy and cool. The chips were probably done right, but I personally prefer them not cut so thin and not cooked to brittle.
I arrived 5 mins before my ready time and was told my order was being bagged up. I wasn't handed my order for almost 30 more minutes.
I'm not sure what happened. I didn't even get an apology. Also, kitchen staff repeatedly came out to the host station in dirty aprons while I was waiting.
I was left with a very solid impression that this restaurant or maybe this entire chain is not being managed professionally. It doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to wonder if the food is being prepared safely.
I would love to think this was a one off experience - an off night. But why should I risk coming back after an experience like that? Would you?
