Friendly staff, they say their goodbyes as they were family as you leave. Wings were awesome and came out fast. The waitress kept the many drinks coming as I ate some HOT wings.
Everyone is very attentive and friendly. The food is awesome!

Our order was missing the carrots and celery for both orders of wings and my 15 count wings had the wrong sauce. I ordered basic hot and there was a sweet bbq type of sauce on them.

The wait was very long for takeout, my wings were sitting there ready for 10 mins before the girl realized it and when I got home, my order was wrong!

Since it reopened, the staff is completely different. They have excellent customer service skills. The food has been awesome, and it comes out correct and in a timely manner.

Friendless Cost and Service
Service is sometimes subpar. Especially this last trip our server was inattentive. We saw her after several minutes to take our drink order and we ordered an app. She did not come back to take our food order until she brought our app out. She did not deliver our food or the drink refills we received. We did not see her until some time later and had to ask her for additional napkins.
It was not out most enjoyable visit.
I asked for my wings to be extra wet or extra sauce but it wasn't done. I also asked for blue cheese and celery. I didn't get any blue cheese and I was told there wasn't anymore celery. I was given carrots instead but I don't eat raw celery.
