How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was the worst take out order experience ever. Unless I get a response from someone, we will never ever eat at this location again! Total waste of my money.

What could we do to improve?

The server was good but the food seems to get later and later to come out to the customers. People who had ordered about 10 mins after us, got their food first and we only ordered 25 wings, as I think they had hamburger and some wings, Getting tired of sitting at table waiting for wings to come out, especially since I ask that my wings not come out hot, as I get them naked and sauce on the side, but they always come out hot, and I eventually take most of them home and eat them the next day.

There appeared to be no one manning the hostess stand, and someone finally said to just pick a table and most tables were dirty.
