The flavor of the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly. We made a couple of small requests to personalize our order and they were completed to perfection.

The staff is very nice. And the wings are great.
We often specify extra extra crisp wings because the regular sometimes come out barely cooked inside. Fatty and greasy. But even then, they are sometimes petrified, and sometimes barely cooked. Please come up with a way to consistently provide thoroughly cooked and then well done options for wings.
Also, it is a crap shoot whether you will get soupy trays of wings, or completely dry wings when you order the exact same thing. Consistency again in preparation and recipes would be an improvement.
You charge for every little thing- all flats, flavored sauce, extra dips......so accuracy is expected on your end.
The food is always delicious and the staff is great. Always a good time.
We waited one hour from the time we got there until our food got to the table. Our waitress did the best she could to keep us tea, water and refills. When we got our food the chips and fries weren't hot at all. The food is usually hot and never has taken this long before. Maybe they were short staffed in the kitchen,,,,,,not sure.

Your service and lack of management is getting worse with every visit. It took over an hour to get our 15 wings. Tara is the only person in there who has a clue what's going on. Get a manager, or make her the manager, and HIRE MORE STAFF. Your reviews online are awful. I love this place as my Sunday spot but it's getting harder to have patience with so much incompetence from management.

Service was extremely slow on Sunday
The food was great. It did take a little while to get our food but there were seven at our table 3 adults and four children. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I would and will recommend ECW in Mount Airy to all.

Waited almost an hour before getting our order on table. Ordered buffalo wraps for two of us and was so little buffalo sauce the only taste was grilled chicken. Several people came after us and completed there meal while we waited.
Good wings and appetizers. Ranch is awesome. Kid friendly place, sports theme.
Glad it reopened. Really missed it. Erica is a great server and our favorite. The place is always clean, and food comes out fast.
Never had a bad mill ,everybody there is always on point.
