Very tasty food and good service
I ordered the family pack of 25 boneless wings with ranch and bacon with potato chips. I order an extra basket of chips. The wings had very little ranch and bacon. All the chips were in 1 container and I feel like I didn’t get what I ordered. If all my chips were in 1 container how do I know I received the chip that were supposed to come with the meal. I sent a poor review before and received a message from the manger to give you a 2nd chance. I know things are really tough right now and I’ll give you the benefit of a doubt.

The wings were delicious! The service was not good. Unfriendly worker who barely acknowledged me when I came in and seemed put out to have to get off the stool to hand me my find and ring me up.

The food is so good! Even after driving to Hickory from Lenoir and to pick up our meal and back home to Lenoir to eat it was still so good. We were afraid it would not be good after driving that far but it was still warm and fresh tasting. We would definitely do it again and best of all I had $5.00 on my card.
Wings were so good and nice and warm when we got them home. Unfortunately, the hot chips were cold. We probably should have known better than to order them. Overall, it was nice not to have to cook a meal.

I placed and picked up a $75 order last night under the last name of Last name removed. I got home to find that the side of regular fries was missing.
We love East Coast Wings, it’s our go to place that the whole family gets excited to go to. Special shout out to Robert the bartender at the Waxhaw NC location, because of him we usually sit at the bar a couple times a week.
I ordered online for curbside pickup and tipped a little extra for this. When I pulled up I called and the young lady who answered the phone told me to come inside because she was the only one there. When I went inside there was another young lady next to her on her cell phone and she didn't look up or acknowledge me. The other young lady was on the phone taking an order. I wasn't acknowledged until another young lady came from the back and took care of me. When I got home I realized I was missing my chips. I will never return to this location and you should talk to your team members about customer service.
