My baked boneless wings were sitting in a huge puddle of grease. That was quite a turnoff.
Very deceptive wings special... charge for everything that usually comes free with wings. At least advertise for $1.75/$1.65 since no one gets wings without a sauce or rub!!! I was expecting a lower price when I picked up my order.
Also, I called way ahead for a certain pick up time. Tasted like wings were made hours before- not hot and they were dried out. The dry rub also had no flavor.
The Wings are great. The sauces are great. That you can get any sauce on any heat is awesome. The metal seats are terrible

Ordered take-out and they had it ready very fast. The staff was very friendly as well. And the wings were delicious as always
Good experience. The only issue is that I have asked for carrots and celery the last two orders and I didn’t get either with my orders.

I ordered the family pack of strips doesn't seem like there was enough sauce on them to really flavor them some had sauce on them and some did not.... I thought we were going to get celery and carrot sticks with it and did not don't really care for the chips some more crispy and somewhere soggy as if they were cooked at two separate times ended up throwing those away if I order it again I think I would rather have the celery and carrot sticks last couple times we have been to East Coast Wings there's been an inconsistency with our chicken like sometimes we order boneless chicken honey BBQ style and their little bites and other times they are big bites this is why I chose to go with the strips this time but they were not soft properly I don't think just a lil
Disappointed but I am trying to support our local businesses at a time like now we don't eat out a lot but when we do East Coast Wings just does not seem to give us the
consistency that we would like.
No ranch with my chips yesterday no ranch for my family pack of wings either I asked for toast and celery didn’t get celery also asked for the wings to be cooked extra crispy they were hardly even browned. I had ranch at home and I put the wings in the instant pot and cooked them til I felt they were done all the way through still not crispy
I know they were busy and throwing out orders as fast as they could so I didnot call back and complain just took care of it myself at home
The take out process was excellent as well as the food, but I was incredible disappointed that I couldn't leave a tip on my receipt when they brought out the food with the receipt already taped to the bag. Maybe I should have told the lady on the phone that I wanted to leave a tip, but I didn't know. I was expecting to sign when I arrived. Sorry! I'll make it up next time! Love these wings.

Our food tasted old. Like it had been sitting for hours. The flavors of wings were not correct. Also our drinks were forgotten. And not enough ranch as asked for.

Our dining experience is always good in Mt Airy. We have never had any problems with our dine in orders or take out. Y'all are 110% better then the restaurant in King!
The food
Very inconsistent on quality of the food, especially on the wings. I would order here a few times during football season and the quality seemed to go down each time. I stopped going for a while, but I was doing an errand in the area months later and wanted some wings.... this was last week. The wings were fantastic..... not over cooked, juicy, exactly how I asked them to be dressed. I had hoped they had gotten more attentive kitchen staff or were just upping their game. Went back a week later, the wings were over cooked, dry & flavorless. Wish they would take more pride on their quality because when their on their game....the wings are fantastic. Also, too much cheese sauce on the loaded tots. Literally drowned the tots & the cheese sauce is so salty it was hard to enjoy the tots. Disappointing meal.
Love your food. Everyone is very pleasant. Would like to dine in more often.
