Well, I've been a regular there for about 3-4 years. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. You could add some cheese curds to your appetizer menu (hint). But yeah, awesome place. And Shane Winegar has gone a long ways to keep that place open and his people working during this Corona thing. That says a lot. A lot workers and managers just threw their hands up and quit. He got creative.
This is to focus on the food itself - always fresh and delicious! My only "complaint" with my recent order was I ordered 10 wings and got 9. It truly isn't a big deal but general feedback. I also was a bit confused on the curbside service as there wasn't signs for "curbside," so after trying to figure out how it was supposed to work, I called the store - got someone on the phone when simultaneously someone walked out with my food. Simply a sign of the times, but I'd suggest a process where maybe the associates aren't always on their toes looking for a particular car (especially since I showed up 15 minutes after the ready time).

The food is always good! Not “fast” food, but served quickly! The servers are friendly and make you feel at home.
My order was curbside service. The restaurant dining in is closed because of Coronavirus.

I just love the wings. A bit pricey but I treat myself occasionally.
Attitude of staff. We came in off the street to order and waited for our food outside. We took it home to eat. Hostess seemed annoyed that we were there and had not previously ordered online.
With the ridiculous shutdown of business I would think she would be thrilled to be working and be very happy to see customers.
We placed a take out order. Had to wait 10 minutes longer than advised. Then the 3 mac and cheese skillets were barely even warm, but wings nice and hot. The mac and cheese skillets must have been sitting getting cold while they cooked the wings. Spent $45 to eat cold mac and cheese.

Staff and food
My online order was completely wrong. I ordered boneless wings but got bone in which I can't stand. Paid for carrots/ celery and ranch and received no carrots no celery and some sweet cinnamon dessert dressing that looked like ranch. 2 of my wing sets were 6 wings paid for but only got 5. Then when I called 5 mins later they acted I was a criminal for complaining. I've been a customer since that location opened and expected better.
Food was ready on time, correct, and delicious.

During the Pandemic we have called and placed our order for take out...we never have to leave our car! They come out to our car to get our name and then bring our food out to us. Chris the manager just sees us and knows who we are...customer service at it's best!
Can't wait for them to reopen for dine in!

Since Covid19 Guidelines require take-out only, we weren't sure how the take-out experience would be for wings. We are pleasantly surprised how our order is Spot On each time and we order extra crispy for our wings, and they are made to exact order! So Delicious! We miss eating indoors BUT the take-out experience has NOT compromised the quality of the Sun Valley East Coast Wings!
