The beef in my beef cheeseburger quesadilla was charred, overcooked, and very dry. The bacon was also overcooked and hard.
Great service and food. Easy order app!
I ordered 50 wings and chips. They forgot to give me my celery and carrots. I called back & they said I could come back for it. I told them it was a 20 minute drive for me. They did tell me to bring my receipt back by there at some point and they would somehow make it right.
It was a take out order prepared as requested with extra sauce. The hot wings were fantastic... big and juicy. The bleu cheese dip is excellent! One minor negative was the celery and carrots. The carrots were very tough and hard to bite through but tasted okay. The celery was very dark green and had strong flavor. Overall, a good meal and good customer service.
We have ordered several times. Each time we would get home and something was missing. So the last time we went we told them can we double check because of the problems we had before. They assured us that they had checked it. We get home and we where missing part of the order. We called back to just get sorry!! We drive back to pickup up only to get sorry!! We felt that it should have been handled differently.
Can not dine in due to covid-19
From ordering, to pick up, to eating, everything was great. Food was hot and delicious.

Placed an online order with curbside carry out. Filled out all of my car make and model. Backed up to the window so the cashier could see me. Popped my trunk so they could place it right into the back. Cashier brought out a few orders but not mine. Finally went into store, no one is wearing masks. Cashier has an attitude since I didn’t call the store to bring out my order. What was the point of putting in my car info and why didn’t she think to ask when she saw my car there with the trunk popped? Why isn’t anyone wearing a mask? Way to do your part to not make this any easier. Every other restaurant in town has this down pat. I’ll take my business there instead.

We always order the grilled chicken salad. This trip I ordered the grilled chicken salad and my daughter ordered the garden salad. The lettuce was so wet it had a pool of water in the box. The salads were 1/2 the size they normally are - did not even cover the bottom of the container.
Every time we come to this location the food is excellent and the service is usually excellent as well. We have done pick up to continue supporting the location a couple of times during the closure of the dining rooms and the service has been excellent. I feel they are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe as well. Great job ECW!!!

We did curbside because of Covid. We have not done any pickups or curbside since this began. It was a great experience and wings were hot and ordered to perfection.
Boneless wings good, people were very nice, but extremely short on carrots, celery and ranch. Guess I should have ordered extra but when we eat in the restaurant they were always generous.
Had to take out thanks to COVID. Meal was almost as good as when we sit there and eat.
