Answer the phone for curbside orders. Tried calling 10 times before finally having to go in and get it myself.

Missing items
Everybody is always friendly and professional, we've never had a bad experience, our orders have never been wrong. Wait staff is always pleasant, kitchen staff is always consistent, and it's evident that ECW is well managed. My family's favorite place to eat any day of the week.

We ordered take-out since there is no dining in right now. It was my birthday and I chose ECW because I love the teri-ginger wings. As usual they were delicious. The staff was pleasant and had our order ready in a timely manner.
Items were missing from our order and the sauce was already spilling out of one container and into the bag when brought out to our car for curbside pickup. We didn’t know food was missing until we got home.
We love the order ahead & curbside pick up option but if food is missing its not worth it. Please reinforce with employees why 100% accuracy is important. Thank you!

Your prices on your wings are way too high
Was able to experience dining in because of covid 19.

Good wings
My order was overcooked. I don’t know if you can make it right. I love the sauce on your wings. When I order your wings for take out they tend to be soggy in the styrofoam container. So I asked for my wings slightly cooked longer. But what I received was basically chicken jerky. They were extremely overcooked. There is a happy medium but somehow you guys are unable to find it.
We just love East Coast!!! Sadly (or maybe it’s a good thing), we do not live near one but every time we are in the Lynchburg, Va area we have at least one meal at East Coast! We’ve been doing curbside of late and greatly appreciate the dedication to your customers. All our best!
