I always order the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and the order seems to most times be wrong. I used my birthday money this week and once again it was wrong. I hate tomatoes but for some reason they either leave them on or take something else off and leave them. This time it was just chicken, lettuce and tomatoes so it was dry and I didn't even eat half of it because I couldn't get them all picked off plus it taste like them even after you do. I always get the mild on the side but the ranch should be there. I know we're under really hard times right now and I looked at the paper. It stated no tomatoes, mild on side so why it was wrong again I don't know.

Friendly service for curbside pick up. I had to wait an extra 10-15 mins in my car for my order to be brought out. It was probably ready and sitting there because the food was a little cold when I got it. I feel staff should pay more attention to curbside orders. They sometimes get overlooked because of the customers who go inside for pick up.
The consistency of the food. And I like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Fun to watch football games there.

I ordered 25 Volcanic and they tasted like hot at best. I have had volcanic here before and there was barely any heat to this order. It was a pickup order, after getting about a mile away, we noticed the ordered sweet tea was not in the bag. Yet another disappointment. The customer shouldn’t have to make sure the order is correct. I have ordered ECW and it seems like every order has an issue (overcooked last two times). For $1 per wing, there shouldn’t be any flaws. I have given up on the King location for wings, maybe your other food is decent. But I will now cook my own wings or go to BWW as they have it down to a science.

We have been staying at home during the virus as much as we can. We greatly appreciate the fact that you offer curbside service and being able to pre-pay online. We got our order in a very timely manner and the food, as always, was excellent. Hope that you all stay safe and well. Please keep the curbside service going until we know that this virus is no longer an issue.
