Recently, due to COVID-19, I have only purchased “to-go” items.

Ordering online was very easy and convenient. Pick up times weren’t quite as accurate but tolerable.

Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Due to current situations, take out only option. It was ready when states and some of the best from there in several months. Typically hit or miss but tonight was spot on for the entire meal. Will go back again and will review if needed.

We are in difficult time but I have picked up an order from the Burlington location 3 or 4 times over the last couple of months. The orders were filled correctly, service was quick and the food was delicious as always.
Now just ready for dine-in to reopen.

Our buffalo shrimp orders were great as always. We were disappointed that we did not receive our texas toast with our orders though. It was even discussed during our phone in of the order that it was included with the order.

Two bones of contention this time. First, we went on Wednesday night (like we do most Wednesday nights) to take advantage of the free kids night. We live closer to Winston Salem, so usually go to Peters Creek ECW, but had errands to run in HP. We ordered over the phone for pickup. When we picked up, we were told that you "don't do free kids meals for take out". Seems odd, as the Peters Creek ECW does still honor the free kids meals on Wednesday (especially since there is not the option to eat in at this moment in time). We tried to ask to confirm over the phone but were hung up on mid sentence. Second, we ordered a Santa Fe quesadilla for dinner. The chicken in the quesadilla was so tough and chewy it was inedible. We live 20 minutes away, so not worth trying to take back and get a replacement since we were hungry and it was dinner time. We just threw the quesadilla away and ate the dip we ordered for dinner instead. We have had issues here before, but it has been a lot better over the past few years. Seems like taking a step backwards.

The service had improved the last time we came inside for dining, the two previous times were terrible, it took forever for our server to show up and another forever to get our food. The wings were small and crunchy as if they had been dumped back in the grease to re-heat. Service was very poor and to be honest, if the last time we came in was as bad as the two previous visits we would never have come back. We are going to give it another try to make sure quality of service is still up to par, if not you won't see us again.
