I previously placed an online order through the app and did not receive my rewards points on my rewards account. I have sent two online help request for information through the app”help” link on how to get my rewards points for this order. I have not received any response to date.
The food is cook to order. The wings are so tasty. The staff demonstrates professionalism. They are always so kind and helpful. Thank you for offering curbside service during this global pandemic!!!
Friendly staff, a little slow to receive drinks, however it was right after the return after covid closure. Staff wore masks and kept tables apart.

A part of the order was not satisfactory--the boneless hot wings were "drier" tasting than I am usually used to.

Order was wrong when I got home. Seems I received half of my order and half of someone else’s. Called to get corrected. Told them exactly what I needed to complete my order, twice. Went back. Went over order with person who brought it to the car. She said she packed it herself. Got home and it was not correct ... got fries instead of chips with sandwich. Not worth calling back and the hassle of driving back for exchange. This is not new, and why I stopped getting carry out from this restaurant some time back. Thought I would give them another try, but I won’t again. Good restaurant and good food if you can dine in.

My side (buffalo Mac and cheese) was not included with my sandwich. I paid $1 extra for this side and gave them a $4 tip even though it was takeout only. I drive 25 minutes home to eat and my side is missing. Disappointing!
My son love the 50/50 burger and I love the mini burger kids meal. Yes I eat kids meals and he eats big meals.
I get 15 wings every Friday and everyone does an amazing job getting everything out to customers who are picking up orders. It’s not easy during The coronavirusAnd everyone that works there and makes it look easy thanks again
The Philly cheesesteak was not as good as usual Wanted shrimp tacos but not available. Service was very good.
The service and quality of food
Sat on the patio, so nice! Serve was great and food as great as we remember. We are from Seattle Washington here visiting our family. We were last here in June of 2019. Thank you for doing take out and now being able to sit on your patio.
We asked for the chips to be crispy. They were not cooked overall and raw with oil. We receiced 2 small pieces of celery and 3 of carrots. Food definitely wasn't to the standards of other East Coast Wings we have eatened at before
