The food was excellent and the service was great. Will definitely return again.
Communication between the kitchen, bartender and togo server. My wife was in there last night and after 28 minutes of waiting had to ask the bartender where her order was and the togo server moved it for some reason. Come up with a system that togo orders don't get missplaced.
Our waitress was amazing and went above and beyond to keep my kids entertained on kids night! We have had great experiences the last two weeks we came on Wednesday and plan to continue!
The service is great & the food!
Our order called in was wrong, we told them before we left, the lady had a hard time understanding what was wrong about the order. We had 2 different orders but it still shouldn't have been so hard to get it right.

Let me say first, the young lady running the to-go area on Tuesday, August 1 around 6:30 was very polite, efficient, and personable. She asked my name and promptly went to the back to get my order, and she even made sure they put my extra ranch with the order. She looked me in the eye and told me to have a great night. No complaints there whatsoever.
The 15 wings, however, were very overdone, dry, and bland. I ordered the ginger-teriyaki flavor, but I could barely taste it. Extremely disappointing. When I spend $24.00 on a meal, I expect it to at least be decent. This was not. I don't usually take the time to write bad reviews, but I couldn't let this one go.

The employees and managers are pleasant every time I visit. The food is delicious.
CLEANLINESS, more consistently pleasant greeters and servers, presence of a manager. I’ve been coming here for 18 years. I know because I was pregnant with my son when I started. Guess you could say he grew up here. At that time it was a different restaurant altogether. IT WAS CLEANER! Tables and seats were wiped off (not all the time and perfectly but much better than things now). Food was swept up off the floors. I’ve seen this happen once and I’m here at least once a week, often times more. You knew who the manager was because you saw him and he spoke to everyone. There wasn’t turnover in staff (which I realize can be out of your control) so everyone knew everyone. It was a “Cheers”type place. Lastly, it seems when there aren’t many customers it takes longer for the food to come out. Shouldn’t it be the other way around or at least consistent?!
Cook the wings with the sauce on them instead of pouring the sauce over the wings after they are cooked.
We had a fabulous experience!!! Could not have asked for better service.

There was a long wait to get food. Restaurant wasn’t that crowded.
The staff is always pleasant, and my wings were great.
The boneless wings didn’t appear to be fresh based on temperature and flavor. The wait staff was exemplary.
Oh, this is by far the best place to get wings that’s all I ever order when I go there. Their hamburgers are great. Also, I have had that their service is great.
Need more servers
As always the service at the Bar was excellent. Payton was our bartender and server and was outstanding and took very good care of us. The food was great as usual and the kitchen staff did a great job of cooking and preparing our food as usual. I just missed seeing Tabby and Brandy who are always outstanding and fantastic bartenders and servers.

The food is great. It's just everything else that needs work. The wait staff is slow and I feel like they don't check on their customers as much as they should. The tables are sticky (from being wiped off so much I guess). They feel nasty too. I am a returning customer to this location and this has been the same over, at least, the last 3 to 4 months.
My lunch was very nice. The waitress was very helpful. Even though she was very busy she was able to help us with our needs.
Even though the air was down, we still enjoyed our dinner. Waitress was pleasant and very attentive to our needs and she had to work under those warm conditions.
