The technician is always prompt in scheduling the quarterly visit, is very thorough spraying in and outside the house, is courteous and friendly, and is always on time or will call if cannot make the appointment time.

Prompt attention to problems. Telephone is answered quickly without being put on long holds. Operators speak English well and are very pleasant.

Professional, very correct. They are always on time, and if delayed, they will send a message. Also, scheduling the service is easy, though I wish the annual termite check could be scheduled via email or text.
