Customer Testimonials
Our technician Justin (from Chattanooga Amnicola Hwy location) is really excellent with customer service, promptness, and full pest control tech skills. Definitely I believe that Arrow is worth the cost for the peace of mind and thorough service they provide for us.
Great company great employees fairly priced
We like the company and the technician we have. Jeremy does a great job and is very easy to work with,
Easy scheduling when I called. Technician was very thorough and explained everything extremely well and seemed to take pride in his work. I did not care for a supervisor showing up immediately to only try and sell me another service at the start of my first treatment. That could have been handled differently.
Don and the guys really care about our yard, which is challenging with heavy shade, shrubs, wildlife and lots of obstacles from decks to outbuildings and tons of rain. They keep the yard bearable for me to enjoy,
Don is pleasant, kind, friendly and of course knowledgable and dependable.
Very fair pricing, and I can always get a call through to the local office. Everyone on the phone is helpful, pleasant, sincere and easily handles any accounting questions or payment info easily,
Great Service and very professional
Timely, effective service! Great communication too!
Friendliness , cooperation, and consideration of "pestman" ( sprayer). Courtesy, too.
Provides what is needed to be done
Professional, friendly service and great communication.
Steve is great. Like everyone from Stark they explain what they are going to do and if there are any problems tells us how they can be fixed. Luckily the Stark team hasn’t found any problems because of their fine work from the beginning.
William is very nice
You're easy to communicate with. I don't have any pest issues, so you must be doing your job.
Matthew does a great job. He is prompt, very personable and helpful. He does a very thorough job.
Prompt, respectful, friendly
Professional and courteous.
Easy and painless
Usually very dependable but the agent that was scheduled to come to my home to process same, several months ago, never showed. I was later advised that his visit was cancelled & would be re-scheduled but not Yet. Please advise when an agent is coming. Name removed 4565 Village Drive, Dunwoody, GA. 30338
My technician is great.
Everyone at arrow, from the office staff, to the technicians that treat my property are all top-notch professionals. I wouldn’t trust my home to any other company when it comes to pest control. Great job guys.
Bruce is a fantastic technician! He communicates well and is very thorough. He always asks if we're having any pest control issues that need to be addressed. He is very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Bruce and Stark. We've used them forever!
My technician is wonderful
The technicians are top notch. They ate polite, punctual and friendly.
Juan is a great technician. He helped us completely get our bug problem under control. Hard to do during these hot, humid summers. He's always good at communicating when we can expect him and asks me if we're having any issues.
Thanks for the follow up
Michael is the best. Always eager to help and provide advice. I may notice a thing or two about pests in or out of the house and he helps me navigate solutions and just generally check up on us per quarter with our perimeter treatment. Our house is old and these treatments help us ensure we keep pests outside where they belong.
Have provided pest control services for 7 years. Have had no issues. Service techs do a good job.
Great customer service and very competent technicians
Scott has prompt to remind me when it’s time for another service. He is personable, helpful and does an excellent job of keeping the bugs, wasps, and spiders away
Very thorough and honest.
