I was disappointed that one of the rooms I had cleaned had streaks when it was done. It was like there was no overlapping in the tool that was used to clean the carpet so it looked like dark lines every 8 or 10 inches throughout the room. The other rooms were fine but they weren't very dirty to begin with. Also my stairs took a much longer time to dry than the rest of my house. I don't know if that is normal or if there was an excess of water left.

I love how it didn't leave any residue or chemical smells behind. My carpet dried quickly. The technician was professional, quick, efficient and knowledgeable.

TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS

I felt one area could have been cleaned a little better. I had pointed it out but I think he must have missed it because the spot was still there. Other than that I was happy with the way the carpets looked.

I felt that the cost was too high in comparison to others that I hsve had clean my carpet.

I did feel that Mike provided great professional service and had the answers to all of my questions and then provided some great suggestions. I would call Zerorez again if I could get Mike as my technician. It did take almost 24h for my carpets to completely dry though. Could it have been the 10 degree weather??

I have only used the carpet cleaning service and I like knowing that my carpets are clean with no soap film left behind to collect dirt. I also like the efficiency of the technicians.

I am very allergic to chemicals and the cleaning did not bother me. It dried in the time he gave us and he was very accomodating to work with.

The carpet seems much cleaner after ZeroRez than when other companies have cleaned it. An oil stain under one of our chairs was taken out completely. The technician was polite, efficient, and informative.

The cleaning was excellent but I feel it was expensive. A couple of the bedrooms were quite small with queen-sized beds and so there was very little floor space but I was still charged the full price for up to 200 square feet.

There are still some pen marks that showed up after it dried

First I don't think that we received the protection on the one area that was addvertised. Also your truck left a oil spill on my driveway.
