Your service man, Jim was incredibly professional, polite and hard working. The carpets looked great, smelled great and felt clean to the touch.

Your prices for vent cleaning are OUTRAGEOUS! I had my vents cleaned yesterday. My home is 4000 sq. ft. There are 24 vents and 9 cold air returns. I was given a "deal" by having each vent only cost $20 instead of $25. After two hours of vacuuming vents (They arrived at 9 a.m. and were done at 11 a.m.) with two men on the job, I was charged $847.00. What a joke. How on earth do you justify charging over $400 an hour (or $200 an hour per worker.)? Let's be real here. Vacuuming vents is hardly rocket science. I understand that your cleaning process includes not only a shop vac, but also a vacuum with bristles. But, that's it. Nothing spectacular. By the way, the men on the job did a great job and were great guys. I just don't know how to recommend you guys to a friend because I don't have friends who have that much money for the service. I had already paid $700 last week for my carpets to be cleaned. So, somehow you have decided that getting vents cleaned which takes less time and skill-- is more costly. I'm disappointed because I would love to be a loyal Zerorez. customer. I'm just not willing to spend almost $2,000 every six months to a year on such services. Would you?

It was very hard to waste 3 hrs of my day waiting for them to come. It would be much better if you could be a little more accurate on arrival time.

They WORK! I've had my carpet cleaned by other companies and was terribly disappointed with the end result. I had planned on tearing out the carpet and putting in wood on our heavy traffic areas because I thought there was no hope of getting the dirt out. I only called Zerorez to get me through the holidays before the wood project. You just saved me hundreds of dollars because now there's NO WOOD FLOORING NEEDED! The carpet looks so clean and fluffy all along the worst areas. I'm completely amazed and impressed! It's truly the best carpet cleaning I've ever had!

Though my problem was more extensive than expected, Jarom was on top of it all, got us all fixed up. He was friendly and professional and did an awesome job. Zerorez was highly recommended by several people and I can see why. I will also highly recommend you to my friends and family.

I liked the professionalism and willingness to provide a quality service.

Did a good job of cleaning the carpets. Didn't get the back part of stairs as clean as the rest of the carpet. What I mean is we're the riser hits the landing.Other than that the tecknition did a great job.

I like your scheduling system (3 hr window with 1/2 notice prior to arrival). The crew member, Alfredo, was sincere and concerned about providing quality service. And he worked HARD. Thank you Alfredo!

They are nontoxic, effective and dries quickly. The young men who do the job are very polite and friendly, and get the job done quickly and thoroughly. I've been using your services for a few years now and I would NOT use anyone else! I have two cats and I have sensitive skin, so the safety of the cleaning agents are of utmost importance to me. I used a chemical cleaning only once and my feet became inflamed and I had to get the carpets re-done,which was when I switched to Zerorez. Highly satisfied, highly recommended!

I liked the total services. I liked that Chris imformed me that the closet had a deep imbeding of dark cat hair from the previous owners cat. The closet was missed by the carpet company we hired prior to our moving in one year ago. My carpet looks brand new. Thanks Chris.

Really liked the feel and look of the carpet at the end. Not crusty or stiff. Looked like it gave new life to the carpet!

The smell of the cleaning solution was very strong, which we did not like. Two days after the cleaning, we have dark streaks in two of the rooms. We first thought it was not yet dry but they have not gone away. The man -Ben- who cleaned was very nice and personable and we have no negative comments about him. We don't want to go thru wet carpet again to have the dark streaks removed so we will just live with them. We would be interested to know what caused these streaks. We have never encountered them before in previous carpet cleanings.

the fact that you don't use soap or chemicals that will leave the residue that attracts dirt soon after the carpets are cleaned, and also that most of the stains on our carpet were removed with your cleaning.

Hoses and machines were dripping water on floors not being cleaned. I also had to wipe water from the edge of the carpet on my wood floor.
It took many hours for the carpets to dry (more than 24)!
One worker said he would rake the carpet, but I had to remind him of that as they were about to leave. And, I am not confident that the promised 'Scotch Guard' was applied everywhere as they seemed in too much of a hurry and I only saw them do one room. I don't know how to check if the others were protected...
We left to go out of town on business just two days after the service, so I've not been able to really check as I would like. We will return this Sunday.
I also had my kitchen granite cleaned and sealed, but I'm not confident it was as thorough as it should be, therefore, did I get my money's worth???????

The tech was really nice and did a great job. Scheduling was really poor. This is a business. I kept having to reiterate that we have hours that the service needed to be completed by. There was little consideration for that. Appointments were in a window that ended up not working so that I could go home in a timely manner and even coming in early to accomidate the schedule they didnt come until way past the time frame. I really like the quality of the cleaning and the techs. I am not impressed with the assumption that I want to stay overtime/come in early/come in on a day off and wait for a 3 hour window plus cleaning time to accomidate your schedule.
