Your employees are great to work with. The service this time was an emergency and they worked me into a time was helpful in solving the problem. They always give good information about additional products and I know the carpet will be clean and fresh when they finish. I usually leave the house while they clean and I have no problem trusting they will care for my home as if it were their own.

We just barely got our carpets cleaned yesterday. They look great. It was fast and efficient. No cleaning residue.

Not so wet. It took 24 hours to dry. Also, this was the 3rd time in one year I have had your company come clean. The first two times were great. This last time, the areas where the heavy use took place, still had a comparatively dingy color compared to the rest of the areas.

Tell customers the additional costs for stain guarding before the day the carpet cleaners come. Be more up front at tbe beginning.

I liked that you didn't use chemicals to clean the carpet. I have bad 2 other companis clean my carpet before and this time, Zerorez was the best. My carpets are super clean! William was very professional, clean, and helpful. He noticed things I hadn't mentioned and took care of them. He was very quick. I didn't feel inconvenienced at all. He told me of all the extra things he could do but I didn't feel like it was a pressured sales pitch.
