The service technician was fabulous! He was helpful and did a wonderful job cleaning a very dirty carpet. We will ask for him again!
1. I was not made aware of the fact that I needed to vacuum before the Zerorez serviceman arrived. I was charged $50!!! I just bought the house and had I known, I would have found a vacuum to vacuum beforehand. Not only was I charged $50, but he did a poor job of vacuuming--there were still dead bugs on the floor (the house has sat empty for months) and dirt on the stairs, which I ended up vacuuming up the next day with a borrowed vacuum.
2. I understand that stairs are difficult to clean because they have an awkward shape, however, if Zerorez is going to charge $5 per stair, I expect them to be perfect when finished. There were multiple stairs that had dirty, dark spots in the back crevice.
To make things right? I'd love the $50 back--again, no one told me beforehand that I needed to vacuum before he came!! He said "Someone should have told you." Well, I talked to Zerorez people twice before the appointment and NO ONE TOLD ME. He was coming to CLEAN the carpet--was that a wrong assumption?
Left the rugs looking good. Workers were clean and polite. Worked to our specs.

Well, I have a walk-in closet that did not dry. By yesterday it started to smell of mildew. I called to tell you and they said they would send a technician out on Thursday. That does not really help my problem, since my house smells to high heaven. The technicians that came were helpful and friendly, but the customer service rep. did not seem to understand that this is a problem that should not wait until Thursday. I spent over $500 to have my house clean and fresh to move in and it is all for naught.
Confirmation emails + phone calls were great keeping me informed on probable arrival time. The cleaning associate was very concerned about his work making sure he was thorough and that I was COMPLETELY satisfied.
Carpets cleaned well and left no residue.
Like the carpet technology--gets it clean!
Both times I've had you out the specialists have been so polite and professional. I also love that they ask questions and try to do what is best for my particular circumstance instead of a "one size fits all" approach.

Prompt professional service. We were kept informed of the process, and what to expect. The service man was very congenial and efficient. He did a beautiful job. It is the best cleaning our carpet has ever had. It looks like new and it is well over 20 years old.
Improve phone answering time and customer callback time by decreasing both
I am pleased with the way my carpet looks. I'm hoping that my grandkids will now heed my rule to remove street shoes before enterisng.
I especially enjoyed Jesus. He worked hard, was friendly and humble, and fun to talk to.
There's only one thing in which I am disappointed......he was out of free spray bottles of spot cleaning fluid.

Good product. Grout cleaning was great, granite cleaning/ sealing great.. But expensive.
We were very pleased with the quality of the service from Alfredo when he came in. He was very knowledgeable about the products he used and how best to do what was needed to clean my carpets. The carpets looked like new when he left.
They did a great job and my home is so clean now!
I felt really good about everything from the beginning, but I was disappointed when it appeared that the area under and next to my desk were not cleaned as thoroughly as all the other areas. It seems to me that it could have been cleaned much better since heavier traffic areas cleaned up visibly better.
My carpet looks great and I was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable service. I have shared my experience with several friends who will be calling to get theirs done as well!

It was more a matter of unmet expectations. Your commercials led me to believe you could get carpets clean where others have failed. Instead it's just as good. No worse, just not better.
Very friendly, knowledgeable associate. He told me what he could do and what might not come out of the carpet before he started. I like the honesty of that.
I was told (or at least understood what I thought I heard) as to the price of what I wanted done. When the guy finished-- and he did do a good job-- I thought I would pass out at the cost he told he I owed. I questioned him about it and told him what the lady on the phone told me. Of course, I understand it wasn't his fault or his problem. BUT.. I thought we agreed on the phone that I would owe $60 after my $25 coupon since I just had my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago by your company. I did have him scotch guard part of the room for $20 extra dollars so I did know that it would be $80. The final bill was $114. I was NOT expecting that at all. I would not have considered your company if I had known it was going to cost that much money. I would have called around and got some other prices if I had thought I was paying that kind of money. It was brand new carpet that I had only had a few weeks and had a grandchild wet his pants on it. I guess I totally misunderstood what the lady on the phone quoted me.
