The technician did a great job walking me through the services and how to best treat the carpet. Carpet looked great,
You guys had to come back 3 times to work on a couple of stains in my living room. When the technician came the 3rd time he just sprayed on a solution from a bottle and rubbed it with a rag for a minute or so. I was disappointed that he didn't come in with his regular equipment and try to get the stain out. If fact I was shocked. The stain is not as noticeable but it is still there. I thought your equipment and technology was better than that. When I called the gal to schedule the 3rd visit, she told me this would be their last time out. That's not how I would run the business...I would do whatever it takes to get it right. If you want to make this right with me, refund some of the $400 I paid you to get it right. I will figure out another way to get the last of the stain out but I won't use Zerorez again nor will I refer you to anyone.
