Good service and product. More communication before the visit is needed.
Even though you said you called with a reminder, I have no record of one on either phone. I scheduled way in advance and yes I requested an afternoon appointment, 6:00 PM is way too late!!!

My carpet looks cleaner than after any other carpet cleaning, even though it is at least 15 years old. And, like the name says, there is no residue. Also your technician was extremely polite and concerned about doing a good job for me.
The fact that the first cleaning person couldn't get here on time was a problem for me. He was supposed to come on Saturday at 3pm but I didn't hear anything until after 6pm and he wasn't able to get to my house until 8:30pm or later. He asked if I wanted to reschedule which put me in a quandary - all my stuff had been moved into one room and I couldn't live like that indefinitely. I asked and he agreed they could have someone at my house on Monday afternoon. The second cleaner came earlier than we had made the appointment for, so I wasn't home until he was through and loading his equipment into the truck. The carpet looked pretty good, but the next day I could see there are still spots in the living room. I would like it if someone can come out and do more work on those spots.

We have used Zerorez at our home and our Business and have been pleased with the work they have done. Most recently at our home Alfredo cleaned our main carpet areas and our kitchen, dinning and, entry tile. They also sealed our grout to keep it looking cleaner longer.

Bid around $300. Bill over $500. Told that the bathroom was cleaned for free. Really? If I ran my business under bidding, or over charging, depending on how you want to look at it, by 60%, I wouldn't have many return clients.
Alfredo did a great job working around my furniture and children. He was very professional.
Good customer service, friendly and competent technicians. The only complaint I have is that I was told I'd get a Boondocks gift card by both the customer service rep and the technician, and it never arrived. No big deal, I understand some things slip through the cracks.
