Well, I really like zerorez, but this last time I don't think the effort in cleaning the hallway was really done very good. I can still see some area's that I know could have been cleared. But all in all... Love zerorez.
It was fast. The Tec was so nice. The results were beautiful.
The technician was one time, very clean on what he was going to do and my couch looks 100% better!

I love how the carpet dries so quickly and how soft it feels. It is not stiff and crunchy. The tech was really, really nice and very thorough.

I like the fact that the cleaning method Zerorez uses is safe for children and pets. I have 15 grandchildren who like to play on the playroom carpet and I comforted to know they are safe from the chemicals used. And the carpets are very nice and clean. Thank you! I was very pleased with the explanation by Rick about how Zerorez cleaning method works and he did a very good job. My carpets are clean and safe and I'm happy! Thank you!!
