I love the way you get carpets cleaned!

The time frame I was given was from 4 to 7. We got a call from your office at 6:45 telling us the technician was running late and would be there on the next 30-45 min. When we asked what she could so for us, she said we could reschedule for the next day for their third appointment. We had already moved furniture and did not have the time opening the next day for that. The tech got there around 7:15, said he had just gotten the call to come a short while ago. He was done in less than one hour. Gave us a free carpet protection, (which we asked for a discount) and told us it would be dry in 4-6 hours with fans and 6-8 without. I wasn't able to move the furniture back until we'll into the afternoon/evening the next day. We feel like we were mislead and would appreciate some type of credit for the service we had done. I would like to hear back from you as well.

Your technician was very attentive and discussed with me some trouble areas and listed to how I wanted him to focus on the worst areas.

The cleaning was more thorough than any service I have previously used. My carpet is 20 years old and a solid tan color. I did not expect that dark traffic areas would ever come 100% clean but I was hoping for a notable improvement. I am impressed! I would say that the stained traffic areas were cleaned to 85% - 90% of the hidden, naturally clean parts of the room that have always been under sofas etc.

The carpet which was cleaned looks great. The technician was very polite and helpful. I have already told some friends that I was happy with how it looked.

"T J" was the worker and He was great to work with. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. The carpets look very good so far and it looks like the stain in one of the bedrooms has been removed. .

The carpet looks great. Many of the kid and pet stains were removed. I'm please so far. It hasn't been 24 hours yet, so hopefully stains don't "reappear"!

The young man who cleaned our house was very friendly and professional. I went over how to exit the house several times with him, but returned the following day to find that he hadn't pulled our front door closed all the way. We also noticed that a number of the vent covers had been placed back on very sloppily and one even looked damaged.

Please give accurate dry times. This is one of the biggest factors I have been searching for in a carpet cleaning company. Everyone promises quick dry times but it's always the same - it takes 24+ hours. If that's how long it's going to take, please just tell me. My technician said our great room was "almost dry" and would just be another hour and the hallway and stairs 4-6 hours. All of it took at least 24 hours and the stairs more like 36 hours. I realize this all probably depends on how soiled the carpet is and what it takes to get it clean. Just please be honest with me about the dry times.

I have had Zerorea twice now, the technician has been great and the end result has been good but the pricing has been irradic. My first service the protective sealant was $30 total and I agreed to do it. The second service the phone sales girl asked if I wanted that service also at $20 so I agreed but come to payment time it was $20 per room a total of $60. A little deceptive and disappointing. And from a budget standpoint not something I will deal with again.

Manuel arrived as scheduled, did a great job and priced the job well. Super experience with Zerorez.

No chemicals and residue

I felt like he was in a hurry. He didn't do a few small areas that I felt like could have been done
After he left I looked at the chair most of it looked really good but on the arms it wasn't very clean. He was still putting his things away so I went outside to ask him about it. It would have been nice for him to let me know before he left.

My carpets always look clean when you leave. That's why I keep coming back to you. This past experience it wasn't quite as clean as usual, and I didn't feel I was told what might be the reason. The tech left without a "walk thru", and there was a misunderstanding about whether I wanted the protectant or not. (I did! But didn't get it.) When I called Zerorez the next morning, I had a pleasant experience with the girl on the phone and she scheduled another visit for FREE protectant, as soon as she could get me in. The second visit was amazing, as the tech explained thoroughly alot of questions I had about wear areas, a new shaggy rug that didn't clean well, and also made sure I was happy. He was thorough, friendly, and an obvious expert. THANK YOU for making it right for me. I will be back.
