What could we do to improve?

The cleaning itself was good. Scheduling the appointment was difficult and disappointing. The personnel making the appt needs to do better job explaining and not getting so upset!

Everything!!! Our carpet looked brand new after Zerorez's treatment. We couldn't have been more pleased.

What do you like about our products and services?

There is no residue left behind. The carpets stay clean for at least six months! My house smells clean and not damp when they leave. I have used your company for the past 8 years. They have been on time, very polite and informative. Billy came this time and he was great! I know you only come out if it is $90.00. My husband spilled spaghetti sauce all down our carpeted (white) stairs a few days after it was cleaned. I cried and my husband lost it too. I have tried everything to clean it,and with no success. Might you consider coming and cleaning them? I know it isn't the requirement, but I thought it was worth asking.

The carpet cleaner, Jarom, was very professional and thorough in his work, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results of his work. Would definitely recommend Zeroez if you need your carpet cleaned.

What do you like about our products and services?

We like the fact that no chemicals are used to clean carpets and that the carpets dry fairly quickly. We appreciated that Jarom, the specialist who came to our home, was punctual and called to tell us that he was on the way. He was efficient & thorough and did an excellent job with a amiable, helpful personality.

What do you like about our products and services?

That they dry quickly and have no funny chemicals that makes the kids or my cats sick. The guy was very nice and helpful.

The cost to have my stone floors cleaned was horrendous. The carpet price was okay but I will never have tile or stone floors done again.

Everything. The tech was very nice and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing. The drying time was very fast and the carpet was soft and you could tell it was really clean. I have a friend who will only use you because when she walks on the carpet afterwards, her feet do not itch. They have always itched with every other company she has tried.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was disappointed that we had service scheduled for one day and moved all our furniture out that we needed to and then got a call at the end of the day and we were told they couldn't come that day because they ran out of time. I feel like you overbooked and then we paid the price. I also didn't like the up-sale when the service guy came and presented we should put on the protect-ant and then we are double in price what we thought the sale price would be. I wish those things would have been presented before you came out.

Hey Chris,

I'm sorry the experience you had was so terrible. The week of your appointment we were down two technicians at the last minute; after all of our appointments were set and confirmed, so we were stretched very thin. We did our best to keep up but in your case the result was a lot of frustration and inconvenience and I'm sorry it turned out that way. As far as our technician offering additional services in the home, they should always be presented as an option and you should never feel pressured. The reason we can't really offer a service like protectant over the phone is because we aren't really sure you need it at all up front. And factors affecting the decision to apply it are the age and condition of the carpet, as well as the makeup of the fibers and how long you plan on keeping the carpet-all factors that can really only be determined in the home. I will follow up with you this afternoon to answer any more questions that you may have, and see what I can do to make this right.

What could we do to improve?

There were a lot of attempts to upsell by the technicians which I understand is their job but it would be nice if it is toned down some. Would prefer to have all the options given up front rather than be approached several times with additional services and fees. Also the costs for the additional services seemed rather high.

I'm sorry you felt pressured. That isn't the experience that we want to create in your home. The reason we can't cover everything over the phone is it would really extend our call times and we really don't know what needs to be done until we get there. But maybe there is a better way. I will bring this up in our meeting tomorrow morning.

What do you like about our products and services?

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service tech. Explained everything he was going to do. The carpets look great and we are happy with the service. The tech did say he would leave us a bottle of spot cleaner but he was out on his truck. He said he would see if onother tech in the area had some and he would get them to drop of a bottle and if not he would bring by 2 bottles today (wednsaday) which has not happened at this time. One thing that didn't happen that we would like would have been an itemized statement of all the charges on paper for our records which we did not get. Over all we are very happy with the results and will use Zerorez again. Thank you,
