The carpets look like new after cleaning. No residue left behind. Adam was professional and I do recommend you whenever the subject arises. You are my go-to company.

I was happy that zerorez took out all the residual carpet shampoo and dirt left behind by my home carpet shampooer. The carpet looks better than it has looked in years. The service was prompt and efficient. The young man who did the cleaning was friendly and checked to be sure we were both clear about the service areas wanted.
Areas are throughly cleamed.

The technician was very courteous, and did an amazing job of cleaning my carpets. He got my carpets cleaner than previous carpet cleaners who just said that was how my carpet was going to be.

Had my tile and grout cleaned. Didn't come as clean as I wanted. I'm thinking it would be helpful to go over the floor twice only because the dirt that does lift off is just spread around during the wiping up process. Just my thoughts.
He cleaning created a bunch of air pockets all over our carpet. When it dried they went down a little but there is still a lot of air under our carpet now:( guess we need to call someone to come stretch it.
The guys that came to clean my carpets were very respectful and helpful. He was willing to take the time to show the difference they were making as the were cleaning my carpets.

Everything. The Carpet cleaner was aware of what needed to be done. I showed him "special spots" that needed working on. He did everything I asked and worked quickly and quietly.
I should have showed him the spots behind the computer. He thought they were part of a
larger area that had been damaged by bleach.
Technician Derick was very professional, on time the day of the service Feb 15. He addressed any concerns I had on the cleaning service and spot area's of concern. I like the end result and the non crunchy feeling after the carpet dries, also the way he rakes it out after cleaning. Name removed

I have hired Zerorez multiple times to clean my carpet and been very satisfied. that's why I hired you again. I have two small "halls" probably 50sq feet for the both of them coming off my front room to bedrooms. Just enough room for a door way. Every time I have hired you they just do those as part of the front room with no charge. This time I was at work and my wife dealt with the technician. He charged her $20 for each hall. $40 dollars to clean the 50sq feet of carpet. two bedrooms and a front room 600sq feet is $75 but 50sq feet is $40. I feel that he took advantage of her good nature. To make things right you can refund that $40 you stole.
You were able to remove almost all of the stains on our carpet.
