The fact that no soap is left in the carpet. I'm hoping it'll mean that carpet won't get dirty as fast.
It's the water , no soap I own a carpet cleaner, carpet never got clean you guys did a great job. I had to move my appointment time and date it was so easy . I will use ZeroreZ again . This was a surprise for the wife wich is why I had to change the date , she thought it was a great job Thanks Ken Taylor
Darin was totally professional and a really nice guy. I was impressed that he works such long hours into the evening. Hard worker. Explained everything, answered all our questions. Cant have a good company with out workers like him! I loved the results of the cleaning. I really like the orange scent instead of chemical smell.Will definitely recommend your company.
Little or no odor after carpets are cleaned.
Offer to leave a pair of "bootie protectors" to use during carpet drying. Some patrons may want them, others will not.
We don't think about it until after you have left and wished we had some because we need to walk on carpet as it is drying.

Chris was so funny and nice to work with. He even helped move some bulky furniture to the other side of the room! The carpet looked wonderful and he made sure to give a good coat of mold spray. I was very impressed by his work and that EVERY person I talked to recommended zerorez.

I appreciate that there are no chemicals used in the cleaning process. One of the rooms we had cleaned was cleaned a month before by another company and there were still large dark spots. Zerorez got them all out.
You were very nice, and made sure I knew what the price would include. My one room was to big to count as one room. So rather then to just do the two room I had planned, and charge me more money,because it would have been done as three rooms. He took the time to explain the cost. I appreciated that very much. He did the job quickly and as I said before he was very nice.
Overall, the service was professional and I appreciated that. I think, however, that there are areas of my carpet, especially the border between my carpet and hard floors that are worse now then they were before my carpets were cleaned. It looks like all of the dirt from the rest of the carpet was deposited in the carpet right before my hard floor starts. I keep thinking that maybe it is the light, or it really isn't that bad, but it is that bad. I had super high expectations from what I heard from other friends and neighbors about Zerorez, so was a little disappointed with the end result.

Excellent cleaning of my carpets, especially spots and high traffic areas. TJ was also very responsible and easy to work with.
The guy who did our carpets was very nice and he had me check everything to make sure it was done right.
Remove more moist from the carpet when you clean. I will use you again. But a day and a half later more than 50% of my carpet is still damp. Probably not good, it could become a mold problem.
I thought the cleaning solution smelled good, Employee was friendly and did a thorough job.

I haven't used any other company so it's a little difficult to evaluate. I was hoping that some of the areas would look a little better but I waited to long to get them cleaned.
