First and foremost, the carpets always look great afterwards; and second, every technician we have had come is efficient, promotes other services but is never pushy about them, and works very hard to clean the carpets and do a great job.

Better and complete cleaning than other cleaners. No residue. Gets out tough stains. I would like to suggest a better way of communicating cleaning times on the day of the appointment. They need to communicate at least a reasonable range of when the tech will be there

I love that there is no residue. I was a bit disappointed that one of my stains was not taken out. But all in all, I loved it.
The last time you came, my carpets didn't look much different after you left, but this time, there was a noticeable difference. The technician was very thorough and was able to get some traffic areas clean which I thought would never happen. Very pleased.

Waiting so long after telling me the tech had twenty minutes left on the job befor mine and then he was coming my way. Then after 1 1/2 hours I called again and they told me that the tech had called me and left me a message stating he would be there after 3 p.m. I did not get phone call or a message. Then when the tech did arrive I asked if he had called earlier and left me a message he do said no he had not called. So, the lady just told me something that she thought I would believe just to appease me.
The tech was pleasant and great but I wished you would warn people about other possible treatments ahead of time so as not to receive an additional $200 surprise.
Not sure if I would recommend you to anyone.
The person who did our home didn't arrive here until 5:45 PM, They said to expect him between 4 PM and 7 PM, so that part was alright. However, he rushed thru our 3 small rooms and a 7 foot square hall by 6:35. The champagne colored carpet was not clean. We had to redo it a lot of it. It had started to rain when he was 3/4 of the way through. His phone died before he could complete the paperwork so he sent it by cell about 6:50,according to our caller ID. I noticed on our Email Transaction Confirmaton, XID:Phone number removed4 that the Date & Time: was 3/6/2014 18:49:19. That time was correct,but on the Service Summary & Invoice it shows the Service Date/Time: 03/06/2014 5:00PM and that time was NOT correct. He was a nice kid and took quite a bit of time explaining about the 20% off coupons and how the carpet should have Protectant....which we had him apply.

We were totally pleased with the Zerorez service. The carpet we asked to be cleaned is old, had ground-in dirt, and wear patterns. The process even removed a small wax trail which occurred several years ago during a power outage. Even the part of the carpet with the iron shape melted into it, from a failed prior removal attempt, was lightened when the wax was removed from it! The friendly technician was very courteous, efficient and helpful. Despite a problem with his truck & the extra time to obtain another truck, he was thorough, upbeat, and considerate. Really appreciated him and the Zeroez service!!! Thank you, Zerorez!
Love the no residue
I liked that the carpets weren't completely soaked and were not sticky from left behind soap. Dany did a great job and was very careful with furniture and walls. Friendly and very knowledgeable .
Your guy that came was super nice and did a fabulous job!!! I would have him back to clean for me any time! I had a competitor come last time and by far Zero-rez is BETTER!!!!
