I'm putting my house back together and am so grateful for the good job that your service does in getting my carpets clean. This is the second time I've used you and my carpets always look brand new after a good cleaning.
This time the technician also convinced me to get my tile grout clean and it looks great. It had been bothering me and I'm happy to have had it done. Both technicians were polite, professional and thorough.
I haven't received my survey yet and really wanted to point out one big disappointment. While the grout was being cleaned, I discovered that I had a coupon for a free room cleaning when purchasing a grout cleaning. I presented it to the technician and was told that I didn't have enough tile cleaned to use that coupon. I paid my bill and went about putting some things back in order and cleaning my house. While going through my pile of mail, I found another value pak coupon that would have given me .40 cents/foot off of the grout cleaning. This would have taken a considerable amount off my bill (more than the free room discount would have been).
I realize that Zerorez is in the business of making money but in a world where there are so many places that I could call to get my carpets cleaned, i want to feel like I was given a fair price. Would it have hurt the technician to say, "I can't take that coupon but we have another one available that would work for you. Did you get the new Value pak mailing?" or "Your service doesn't qualify for that coupon but I can give you a better one." and then give me the newest coupon rate. Even if he had honored the one I gave him, which would have been a smaller discount to me, I would have felt valued as a customer. Instead I feel like I was taken advantage of and overcharged. I didn't even get an invoice to show exactly what I paid for. Though I was told I would get one via email.
It's never a bad idea to make a customer feel valued and that they are getting the most fair price you have to offer. I feel ripped off. As a result, I will have to seriously reconsider whether or not I will use your services in the future.

It really helped our rental house look so much better, We were worried with such light carpet, The carpet look so much better now. once Zerorez cleaned our carpet. The Service man was very very nice.
The Service Rep. was helpful, quick, attentive to problems, he worked very hard and basically did a good job. The only concerns I have are:
1-a strange shape of discolor showed up in an area where there were not spots or problems. We have been watching it, and although been over a week, it is still there but fading.
2- the wool Hall runner that he cleaned presented a problem in that it somehow transferred lint, barely movable lint without quite a bit of work, from a creme color portion of the rug onto the light green portion of the rug. In other words the green leaves look white. We have been slowly picking at it. We had not been warned that that could happen. It is a very thick, nice rug, I am not sure, and have never seen it happen before.
We have had carpet cleaners in the past but I was not always happy with the job they did. I was very happy with zerorez. The carpet came out very clean. The only complaint I have is that there were some stains that the rep said need to be treated and it would cost $50 per stain to treat them. I thought this was a very unreasonalbe cost. It would have more than doubled the cost of my cleaning. Overall a very good experience.

The technician was2.5 hours late, overcharged/changed 2 items from my online order, was in such a rush to finish, the room that needed cleaning looked and smelled the exact same after tech left. Waste of money.very disappointed.
Carpet was very clean, was not stiff, dried fast, serviceman was very efficient and professional
We wanted to purchase the pet stain removal but the carper cleaner said we didn't have any pet stains. Yet after it was clean the urine smell was still there. Since we had witnessed the cat peeing on the carpet we knew there was an area and that is why we wanted to purchase the extra package. Now we have to repurchase a package. SO annoying.
I like the "no residue" feature. The cleaning lasts a lot longer. Services were very good!
It would be good to get a price quote up front so you are not surprised when you get the final bill.
Removed 95% of our stains and they haven't returned as of 2 weeks.
The tech you sent was terrific. 2 Concerns 1)the amount of time it has taken for my carpeting to dry, especially my stairs they seem damp even as late as last night. 2) the stiffness of the carpeting once it is dry.
There was also a issue with the quote I was given verse what the tech was telling me but that was resolved immediately.... thank you for that
The guy came very late (after 6,30 pm instead of 5,00 pm), during the cleaning process he realized he needs to empty his tank so he left for another 15 min. The whole cleaning lasted more than 2 1/2 hours and he worked only on my living room carpet and 2 staircases. Finally, he asked me to give him to give him good revalueation in exchange of some free service! Unprofessional!!!

The only question I have is that my understanding was one set of stairs was up to fourteen steps. I have a split level with 5 risers going up and 6 risers going down for a total of 11. I was charged for two set of stairs or $120, that worked out to over $10 per riser. Is this correct or did he make a mistake in my billing?
I was told on the call that the throw up on on of my beds would not be smelt after your amazing product did its work. The phone rep was very polite and nice. The person who came to clean my house was not professional at all. My appt was scheduled at 7pm. He called and told me he was going to be 30 min early which was fine. The problem was that I was 20 min away from being home. I asked if it was possible for him to either chill at the house, grab a soda or grab some dinner but that we could get started but to be back right at 7pm to start. I didnt' want to be up all night. I got off 90th south and headed to my house which was 1 mile away and saw his van at the gas station. He didn't end up showing up until 7:40pm... How can you go from 30 min early to 40 min late when you are within 1 mile of the house. The representative did a few other unprofessional things which need not be said. I just was not happy with the service and results at all.
The tile grout is still dirty in several places. It is already sealed so I don't think it can be fixed.
We really enjoyed working with Chris. His sense of humor was one-of-a-kind and a joy in our home. I am on Dissability because of my shoulder sergury and my boys had to work. Me my wife and pregnant daughter were trying to move some of the furniture and were failing. Chris was there to help us and we were grateful for his towering size.

The way the carpet stays clean much longer than other carpet cleaning I have had in the past.
Don't know if it's possible with this type of cleaning , but I would love if if carpets could be less wet at the end of service.

Excellent cleaning with little mess, and it also dries quickly. Application was done very proficiently. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend your firm. Bruce Harwood
