Technician arrived much later then the perscribed 3 hour window time. Also, the charge was $354.45 for a service that took approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. I felt the service was very expensive.
I'm sorry we were so late Mark. The day of your appointment we had two vehicles go down early in the day, so it pushed a lot of our appointments behind. I'd like to follow up with you to go over that invoice to make sure everything is correct. And since we were there for a short time, I also want to ensure that you are satisfied with all of the work that was done. Thank you for taking the time to respond since it helps us to improve.
I like that I don't have to wait days for the carpet to dry. And I like that the carpets feel soft and not stiff afterwards.
Service tech was very prompt and did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely call them back when needed in the future.

Hose, your associate, was very customer oriented, very professional and nice. He explained everything well and mentioned your specials as well. I was very impressed by him. I have used your service before at my own home and recommended you to my son and his wife. Their house is where the cleaning actually took place. I love your product and love the fact that there is no soapy or sticky residue left on my carpets. I also am very impressed with your staff. Great job again Zerorez and yes, I will recommend you to my friends and family.

I think it would have been nice to know that after you clean the grout it would have to be sealed again

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding Karon. We did apply a 20 year sealer to your grout after we deep cleaned it. Your technician was referring to a few cracks in the grout and some areas of the grout that were missing before the cleaning. Let us know when you get those areas fixed and we will be happy to reseal those areas at no cost :)
I was expecting so much more from your advertising. I have some traffic areas on my great room. stairs. office and bedroom carpets. I felt that there was little difference after Adam? finished. He offered to do the great room again and there was some improvement but felt like he did not spend time on those traffic areas. I was not impressed and called Zerorez while he was still here. I think if he had spent a little more time working those areas it might have looked a lot better. I am not impressed with the results and think I could have got the same results with a cheaper service. I was hoping for so much more than the results we received.

I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations. It is our mission in every home to return carpets to their full potential, and we are happy to go over areas multiple times to ensure we have done everything possible to remove soils and oils. But traffic areas may still appear dim or soiled even after the cleaning if they have been scratched or worn down by sand and foot traffic. The industry term for this is "apparent soiling," because these areas really do look soiled, but they are actually just damaged or distorted. After looking at the notes and pictures attached to your invoice, as well as speaking with your technician personally, I'm certain that this was the case with your carpet. I understand how frustrating it can be to invest in having the carpets cleaned and still have those areas look how they do, but I promise we have done everything possible to get them looking great.

Wow, where to begin???
I Loved everything about my experience. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was absolutely First Rate! I will Never use Any other carpet cleaning company again! Their products leave a film (residue?) on the carpet that makes it feel slick when it dries. A lot of times they will leave your carpets Soaked. This wasn't the case with Zerorez. And to top it off, it got the pet stains out! No more bad smell! Amazing... simply amazing!
The pet treatment, the person who came to do the service was professional and courteous.
Disappointed with stain and dirt removal. I know you can not create miracles - but maybe a little more effort would have been nice or some options.
The carpets are cleaner than when I have used other companies and/or methods of cleaning.

Friendly technicians, very professional and positive and willing to address any problem in a positive and friendly manner. My carpets feel and smell clean and sanitized. That us especially important to me because we have dog issues. We are very happy with the results!

When my son and his new wife moved into a dirty apartment, we had the carpets re-cleaned by Zerorez (the property manager said the carpets had been cleaned). What an incredible difference! And I felt so relieved that the carpets were sanitized and disinfected. Now I can sleep at night, knowing that my son and daughter-in-law won't be catching any diseases or rashes (or worse) from dirty carpets. Thank you.
Excellent service and thorough cleaning. Expensive!!! And not a fan of the 9$ dirty water disposal fee. Do what you need to do in order to get rid of that.
I like that my carpet was only damp not soaking wet.
