We scheduled for 3 rooms and a hallway. You only cleaned 2 rooms and a hallway, but you billed us for the 3 rooms and hallway. Can't say I'm happy about that. Quality of cleaning is great.

I was impressed with the technician (Kelly) and his willingness to answer questions and try and do his very best. I questioned the cleanliness of a couple of spots and even after he had put things away he was willing to get it out again and "make me happy". Very customer oriented. I do wish you had a process that didn't leave the carpet damp.

I could tell a slight difference but still could have gotten it done better from a carpet shampooing company, No pre spotting and didn't try to get out the stains. I like the idea of Green but if it doesn't clean as well.

I like that it's clean and there aren't chemical residues left over.

Please tell us ahead of time if our grout is too dirty to completely come clean. We may have chosen not to get it done. It is better but can get no cleaner in heavily soiled areas.

Had a family member mention they had a good exp and heard a ksl ad and called and got a bid. call back the following week and schedule an apt and got the carpets clean. I noticed the price charged was different than the original quote, called today and they listen to the call and said I was quoted the higher when I sch the appointment. I guess I was under the impression it would be cheaper, but I guess not.

Above all I like the final result! Your workers are the best. So kind and helpful. let me highlite KIND!! Sensitive to needs. Respectful of my home and of me, and my time. Plus they are knowledgeable, not pushy, and oh so KIND!

I expected the carpets to look better! In some areas it actually looked worse! It was a fairly large job with only one technician - I stayed four hours (after hours), and it still wasn't completed but I had to leave. The technician said it would take at least another two hours. I believe an estimated length of time should be told when scheduling. I actually have already voiced my disappointment with your company and have scheduled some areas to be recleaned.

The carpets were cleaner than I ever expected they could be. The person that came to do the cleaning was very nice and professional.
