When I made the appointment for someone to show up between 4pm to 7pm one of the receptionists called and said they had to move me back to a different time slot, and I told her it wasn't going to work, I made the appointment to fit around our schedule. That's usually why they are made, so just the way she handled the situation wasn't professional. The carpet tech showed up at the very last minute of the time slot and the carpet took a lot longer to dry then what was quoted. There was a misunderstanding about the price of the pet treatment. We had a a coupon for 29.99 per area and to my understanding to add the treatment it would be 50.00 for the area not an extra 50.00 on top of the 29.99. The tech was very nice, quick, and efficient and finished in 45 minutes. That was convenient it didn't take 90 to 120 minutes like the receptionist quoted.
