Carpet is very clean, dries within a few hours and technicians are very professional.
Not satisfied with the cleaning. Pet smells are worse that before. Charged twice as much as quoted.

Give a 2 hour window for show time the day before. We waited around all day and missed a couple of appointments before we got a firm time. Other than that, things were great.
