Be sure to call the customer within an hour of the technician arriving. We did not receive a call as to when a tech was going to arrive. Luckily, we left a little later for another appointment, and we were still home when he arrived. I think his name was Zack.

I have a small house - the rooms are all about 10x10. As much as I appreciate your work, I was disappointed that I would have to pay just as much to have my little house's carpets cleaned as I would if my house were twice as large.

I feel the tec did a great job cleaning our carpet and the product was good.
However we had a ad stating $29.00 per room and when I printed the invoice I was
charged $31.00 per room. Please send me a check for $8.00.

Accidents do happen. But if a tech accidentally breaks something, I'd appreciate being told about it so I'm not surprised when I discover it later. When I walked back into my office and reached for my desk lamp to turn it on, it was broke off its base and laying down on my desk.

And the reminder call & also the call from the tech how soon he would arrive! He did an outstanding job at both the carpet cleaning, wearing protectors over his shoes (very impressed) & he also cleaned our shower to perfection ! A very nice young man, respectful & considerate !
