The rugs are clean as advertised The tech was great and very professional

They came in and taught me how non toxic there approach to cleaning carpet was. The did a great job of cleaning it was like new carpet. Then they gave the pitch about the protectant for just another small fee. All their hype about zero residual was a myth. The carpet was clean. Then they dirtied it. I am very sensitive to chemicals. Icahn not walk on the carpet without shoes on because it burns my feet.

Don't buy their protectant. The Tech was right all those other companies that leave residual in the Capet makes the carpet look dirty quicker. My carpet after moving my furniture back into the room looked close to what it did before the came. NOT impressed. It would have been a great job if they had not offered to put a residual chemical on my carpet. The sales hype sounded just like all the adds so it seemed the thing to do. Dumb me!

I like that my carpets are clean.

You didn't disappoint us. We just don't usually recommend services to friends.

Carpets are still damp 24 hours after the service. Next time take a couple extra seconds to suck out more water.last time they dried much faster.

The guy showed up almost two hours later than he said he would, but I understand that can happen when you're juggling different appointments. Just would have been nice to have that communicated better.

The main thing was the blackened streaks across our carpet look exactly the same as they did before Zerorez came. After the guy finished I asked him if that was the best he could do to get out that stain, and he suggested putting protectant on it - why would we want to protect a stained portion of our living room carpet? We wanted it removed (or at least lessened) and that didn't happen. I wouldn't mind giving Zerorez another shot if they could actually make that stain better.

I like how nice and clean my carpets look and feel after zerorez.

It was perfect!!!!!

Carpet was cleaned without any soap. Spots were treated and eliminated. Carpet is clean and feels good under te feet.
