Friendly, clean, helpful employees. Quick & easy service. All stains gone
Only thing I would change is to ask service provider to turn lights out as he left the rooms
i love that the carpet was actually CLEAN after them. we had a can urine spot in the room and had tried everything, which also ended up making our carpet smell mildewy because when the carpet was cleaned by other methods, our carpet was left wet for too long. they came and extracted it all out and got the mildew smell out. A few days later there was still a mildew smell in one area and i called and Zerrorez was very helpful and apologetic and said that that shouldnt have happened. They came back and applied some cool stuff to all over the carpet in that room for free and it smells clean and great in there now. I cant express my gratitude enough, that room had been closed off and stinking with cat urine and mildew smell in the carpet for a few months of trying different things and we were about to have to get rid of our new carpet and sand the floor and refinish it. Zerorez saved us from that so thanks! I tell everyone i know about you guys and the zerorez employees that helped us were all great.
Max was very professional in all he did and said while in our home. He explained the Zerorez process very well and told us about all the products that were available to us. The rugs and the furniture he cleaned look great! He worked very hard and insured all was to our satisfaction. We will refer friends to you and call on you in the future.
The technician that cleaned our carpets, Bobby, did a *phenomenal* job. He spent the time to ensure the cleaning was done right and thoroughly. So much so, in fact, that it is likely that this is the best cleaning job we have received from Zerorez. Bobby clearly cares about ensuring the customer receives the highest quality carpet cleaning possible.
The Service Techs are always professional and very nice. Love that the carpet drys quicker than any other service.

The associate that did the cleaning was professional, hardworking, and accommodating.
We did have a problem with the spots where our dog has had an accident. I was worried about them wicking up to be larger than they were and that is exactly what happened. The associate told us to put a fan on those areas so they would dry faster to hopefully prevent much of that but they did grow much larger than they were before. We will have to find a different way to clean those areas that doesn't not include water treatment. You had a coupon for a free gift certificate to Boondocks that we forgot to cash in on before he left. Can I still take advantage of that?
Manwell is very friendly very helpful and very knowledgable. He can answer any questions you may have. I was very impressed with how professional he is.
The job is always done well. The products makes the carpet look new.
This was the second time we have had Zerorez out and have been pleased both times. The service tech this time was named George and he was professional and friendly. He was trustworthy and did a great job too.
give a more realistic time table for when the carpet would be dry enough to move furnature back in. We were told 4-6 hours and it was easily 10 hours with the stairs being closer to 14. Better information would have been appreciated.
Carpet feels great, like new. Customer service has been excellent and friendly.

The carpets looked great. They were running behind and I called the office and they called and found out the problem. I really appreciated thar. I would recommend them .
Took out all my stains and cleaned my carpet up real nice. The gentelmen who did the job, worked very hard to make sure all my concerns were met.
Zerorez cleaned my carpets more thoroughly than any other carpet service I've used. It some time to dry and was a little more expensive but worth it. Thanks

Our technician was amazing!!!!
Technical had no care whatsoever for the home (no corner guards), he failed to clean the entire area because a pillow was covering it and didn't bother to even ask if we could move it or if we wanted to clean underneath it. Had to get him to come back and finish. The floor was saturated with water (so much for zero-res) and took over 12 hours to dry.
You were on time and he did a great job. Could not be happier with your service .

great products, the carpet looks very good, the tech called and was on time.
QUALITY SERVICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS.
It seems to get the job done price is ok
1. End price was higher than I was quoted on the phone
2. Had a couple of stains that were confined to a smaller area and now they are spread over a larger area
3. The carpet in my family room has pink stains all over it that wasn't there before, the areas where it is pink also has an oil or residue feel to it. The discoloration marks are in areas that are normally covered by furniture, we waited over 24 hours before moving any of our furniture back.
4. There is also an area that looks bleached
5. Where there were spill marks it looks they were spread over a larger area
We would like you to see if it can be remedied, if not, we would like to be reimbursed and we will have a different company come in and see if they can fix it. My carpet was not in bad condition and now I am so frustrated looking at it - I am actually getting more upset the more I see it. Depending on remediation, will determine whether I refer your company or not - I'm in the real estate industry and come in contact with buyers and sellers everyday that need carpets cleaned, ducts cleaned, hard floor surfaces cleaned, etc.
The technicians were very pleasant and worked hard to earn our satisfaction. The carpet dried in a few hours (except for the pet-treated spot) and it looked great when they were done.
Not disappointed. Relax already.
Carpet was cleaned without any soap. Spots were treated and eliminated. Carpet is clean and feels good under te feet.
