When I called, I ordered cleaning for 1 room and 1 halway. It was a special for 25 at room and 20 for the hall. The young man cleaned the rooms and hall nicely and then charged me 75 dollars. He said his info said 2 rooms and a hall plus a charge for water empting. He came down to the ordered that I called in, but said I ORDERED 2 ROOMS , that was what he was seeing on the bill. I felt taken advantage of and will not probably ever order from you again.
Very clean, nice people, very efficient
I especially liked the servicemen who came to clean my carpet. They were very friendly, honest, and worked very hard to please me. They helped me stay in my budget and overall did a great job. The main carpet cleaner knew a lot about carpet, carpet cleaning, and answered my questions. I would give him a raise!

Chris and Manuel were very courteous and fun to work with. Chris even shoveled the driveway and front walk to avoid tracking more snow than necessary into our home. They really went beyond the mark to do the job right.
I was told you would be there between 10 and 2 then it got changed at 945 to some time between 2 and 5. That was fine until the tech didn't show up til 715pm and billed us out before he got there, did the worst job, didn't clean the hall or closets and then didn't clean the carpets any better than a rug doctor could have done. I want to have you come back and fix it.

Many friends recommended ZeroRez when I was having problems in my new home due to allergies to the previous owner's pets. Because of that, I felt that I could trust ZeroRez to do the job. My technician was very thorough as he cleaned my carpets as well as my ducts.
The price came out to what was stated on phone. The associate that came out was friendly and did a good job.
I was able to quickly get an appt, the serviceman was prompt, professional and courteous.

We were given a window of 3pm to 6pm that the tec. would show up. He called at around 5:30 to tell us he was going to be later and we could reschedule if we would like. I would have liked a call some where around 3:30 to 4:00. We had worked very hard to make his job as easy as possible. We did not want to reschedule. Our carpet cleaner technician was informative the products and was friendly.
I like how my carpets look and smell so clean. They seem to dry faster too. I especially like Alfredo who did such a good job and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.
I always get good cleaning results when Zerorez cleans my carpets and tile. They stay cleaner much longer and look great.
I like the process used for cleaning. It is better for our home environment. Angelo was awesome and answered all of my questions. He was professional and thorough!
I had an issue with the scheduling done by Maria ( I think that was her name ).. Only in that she said SHE would give me a call and give me a 3 hour window for my appointment the following day. She did not call me again until about an hour before the tech was going to arrive at my home the following day! I had to cancel volunteering at my child's school, in order to keep my appointment. There was an email that was generated, but that was close to 11 PM and in the neighborhood of 12 hours after I spoke with Maria.I am disappointed that she did not call me back the to give me the time frame I needed to make my appointment like she said she was going too, without having to have canceled time at my kids school.....
when it was explained to us by Rick, we realized that it leaves no residue like other cleaning products, and it does not take too long to dry. Rick was very nice, and did the carpet cleaning in a very timely manner. He also explained about the granite sealing, which we have signed up for.
The carpet is dry almost immediately after the service and there is no crunchy feel to the carpet.
The carpets seem clean but I'm waiting to tell if it was worth the extra price.
I was very impressed by everything. The technician, Adam Bishop, was fabulous. He worked extremely hard, did the little extras to make sure everything was clean, and the carpet looks fantastic, even the day after!

Technitions were great . The carpet looked very nice (Hope it stays that way). What was the greatest was the tile and great. It would have taken me hours to get it clean. Thanks
