Some of the spots are starting to not look as clean as they did and it has only been a week!

The technician was very friendly and interested in my satisfaction.

I have had you guys here 2-3 times with absolutely NO problems. When your guy came Saturday (7/19) for an approx. 3pm appointment. He was 3 1/2 hours late. Then when he was getting his equipment out he found he had left a piece at his last appointment,(which is about 5 miles down the road). He got back at nearly 7pm. He finally started about 7:15 pm. He did have 3 bedrooms, a short hall then the living room. But the living room looks horrible. I could get this kind of a job with a rug dr. from Walmart. There are dirty streaks up and down the whole room. He kept telling me you were short handed. I can understand that...but that's not my problem. If there is anything you don't tell your customer ..it's a sob story to excuse a lousy job. I have worked at several large companies in town and that is the one thing you never tell a customer. Also, this guy had his ear buds in his ears the whole time he was here. I know it can be a hard job BUT...we should not be so out of touch with our customers. All in all...it was not a great experience.

I loved my experience. My carpets look great, and the technician was very helpful and knew what to do to take care of the stains I had. He was very helpful, friendly, and fast.

Able to schedule the cleaning promptly and the cleaner showed up at the time I expected him to he was kind and efficient.

I have had your company clean my carpets for the past 8 yrs. Each time I am satisfied with the results. This time however the technician was superb he really took a lot of time to make sure everything was right! Very pleased!!!!! Thank you

The young man who cleaned my carpets was very courteous and friendly. He did his job efficiently and quickly. The carpets look great and I especially liked how dry they were when he finished. There was one tough spot to get out and he managed it nicely. I love the way they look.

Sometime in September I would also like to use your vent cleaning service.

My tech was friendly, accommodating, but not one bit pushy. he was able to remove all the staines and marks, but not any of the traffic marks on my 15-year-old, almost-white carpet...drats!! :D He really did a great job!! I think that says a lot about your products and methods.

Sadly, my carpet is still damp...20 hours later. But that is the case with whichever company I use...summer or winter. Clearly that is not a Zerorez issue!

No comment on products...yet. Too early to tell if the process will be durable.

I love the new brush they used, it's was so much better on a lot of places on the carpet that were really dirty! Over all it made it fast and clean really fast! I also love the fact that they came, cleaned, and the carpet dried in record time! We moved our furniture back later that night, it looks great!
I'm sad I didn't get my Boondocks tickets, but I guess they were gone!

It left my carpet looking new! Feels clean!

The service through the office was horrible. I was continually put on hold. My order was very specific. I wanted one room of carpet cleaned for a customer. When I got the bill, the customer changed the order to almost double the price. I was not contacted regarding these changes even though I made it clear that I was paying the bill. Again, more time on the phone. The phone system was down. Hung up on, recalled. placed on hold. finally a representative returned my call. way too effort for a small job

When I called to make my appointment I talked with Amanda. We chatted about the $50.00 Pet Treatment and cleaning of two rooms at a price of $ 122.00 total. When the technician showed up to clean he discussed additional options with my wife when I had instructed Amanda to have them call me instead. His recommendations included: additional pet treatment (above the $50.00) and extra extractions for a total of $246.00 - $124.00 over the quoted price. I wish the technician would have called me instead of taking advantage of my wife and family.

Schedule two people to come to a big job. Your technician left our home about midnight and was not able to clean the duct work. We have a tight schedule to keep in selling our home. Thankfully, you sent someone the next business day and they will complete the job for us. Thank you!

Excellent technicians that did a great job. We have had other Zerorex employees clean the carpets, but these two were excellent. We have never been more pleased than we were for this last visit.
