I like the timely and professional response, on time and priced as quoted, no residue and I am going to use this company again. I used a KSL promotion and am completely satisfied. The best part was the corner protection that other companies seem to miss...
Usually I've been extremely happy and so I keep inviting you back. This time the carpets were cleaned just fine--at least they appear to be. However, the person doing the cleaning was not as receptive to my peossible pet odor questions and even seemed defensive. He had an arrogance about him that I've never seen before from Zerorez and it made me not able to be my nirmal, friendly self. I had to ask about putting a fan up, even though it was very briefly up. He cleaned super fast and was done before I could hardly believe it. I'm just not sure he did such a thorough job with the one room for possible pet odors. He shined the light to show all the urine spots, so I wanted to see the difference after he had done the pet treatment--assuming he was planning to show me. He wasn't, but I asked anyway, so he did--and there was no difference at all! That might not have been such a disappointment, if he hadn't made somewhat if a big deal about it pitot to shampooing and treatment. Just an overall disappointing experience.
No residue on the carpet. It is just clean, clean, clean!
My carpet is always SO clean afterward, with no residue, and if dries quickly. The technicians are always helpful, clean-cut, and friendly. I've had other companies clean my carpet, and Zerorez is THE BEST!!!

I didn't care necessarily, but I thought that it would have been dry by 6 that day. Bad
It took till the following morning for it to be completely dry and I must say that it didn't look like new. Feedback is good, it helps us be better so here goes. I like the service, Manuel was good people. However, I couldn't say that I am fully committed to zerorez. The product didn't do anything to WOW me...it didn't look like new or how I thought it was going to. The competition is steep and I think that I could have gotten the same results for a lesser amount. Thank You for coming out and giving you a try.

Came late, had to wait for truck to be repaired, did not completely lift out tough soiled areas, carpet went back to looking the same within a day after cleaning
