Ability to get stains out.

My sister who is mentally disabled loves her cat. So despite the cat urine smell in the house, the cat must stay. Zerorez with their great products saved the day with making the house sweet smelling again.
My carpet feels really clean and the technician was excellent.
It was still dirty under the piano but everything else was great.
Still have most of the spots on carpet that were there before cleaning. Since I don't change my oil in front room, I was disappointed your system didn't work better.

I've tried many, many carpet cleaning services for my home and business. Zerorez definately has the best results. I'll continue to use Zerorez for all of my carpets and floors.
The technician, Max, was very conscientious in explaining your patented process of using extremely high temp water and how that principle is responsible for extracting the deep dirt and leaving no residue. He was very thorough in cleaning the areas requested and then added the cleaning of an old recliner, that came through with great look. He asked if I was pleased or felt any area needed further attention. I was pleased with everything.
The service tech was friendly, quick and very thorough. The carpets turned out beautifully clean and soft. I'm delighted!
I gave your company a zero recommendation for one reason. My carpets are not clean. When I pay 30 dollars per room I expect the carpets to come out clean, or at the very least "cleaner." Any "spots" on the floor would have been an additional cost to have removed, so I felt like I was paying 30 bucks to just have the areas of the carpet that already looked clean cleaned. We have a couple of pet stains that I completely understand take extra effort and additional treatment to take care of, but the other spots on the carpet are just from normal wear - nothing extensively staining or damaging and they are all still there. Some appeared to be gone right after your service man was finished but they came right back after the carpet dried. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and the results are the same as the first time. The first time you guys came out we did have you do pet treatments on the two spots, but the smell/stain did not improve. We decided to give it a second shot as I do like the no soap/no residue idea, but the carpets are just not coming out clean. We are going to go back to our old service and would very much appreciate a refund of 50% as we feel using you a second time after seeing the first results was an error in judgement on our side, so we'd like to split the cost 50/50.
I do want to make clear that your service folks are top notch. Always very professional and courteous. No complaints with your folks. Just the cleaning method itself.

the service is fantastic, the technician performing the service was everything you would want him to be. we had some very dirty carpet from a high amount of traffic, the cleaning went well but still had dirt stained carpet that looked different from the other less traffic areas.

The carpet did not seem that clean afterward. The stains were just normal stains, so I don't see why they could not have been cleaned? I'm not asking for a free handout, but I was just wanted to let you know.

They work well and do what is claimed they will. Everything is clean when the technician is done and it stays that way for a long time. The house smells cleaner and feels fresher with all of that dirt gone. We don't use anyone else for carpets or tile cleaning.
