I love that the carpet looks like new when you finish cleaning it! I like Eddie, the technician that came to clean -he was super! We had a 4 spots where foam blocks hadn't been put under the legs of a coffee table when it was cleaned before by another company, and Eddie really did a great job making those spots almost invisible. I like that you use rubber guards to protect the corners of my walls and that the technician wears protectors over his shoes. Great job Zerorez!
Clean service without soapy residue. Tried it once before and very pleased. This was just as good. We were not disappointed either time. Heavy traffic areas now look good as new.

Make sure that when the technic ion offers extra services that they also include the price. My tech offered to clean my tile free if I payed for the sealant but didn't inform me of the price to put the sealant on. It was an extra $100.

After showing up late to the appointment the provider was apologetic and offered to reduce the cost to make up for it.
The process was prompt, quick and thorough. My carpets were beyond dirty--they were filthy--and now they look "almost" new and are smelling fresh. The technicians were clean cut. polite, andthey took care to explain the product and the process. I'm extremely pleased!

Do you really want to know? I am extremely disappointed - There appear to me 2" wide lines in the carpet where it appears that he just did not overlap while cleaning. A couple of seams in the carpet appear to be damaged where they were not before. Some spots on carpet were not adequately pre-treated and are still there - The technician did point our some areas that he just couldn't get cleaner and I understand that but there are other areas where he just missed it. Overall - he almost made it look worse than before - that is somewhat of an exaggeration but overall I am not pleased. Also said he could not clean the tile because the tile we used mop-n-glo or something like that - Well Duh!!! I thought you should be able to steam it and clean it or whatever - anyway that left me disappointed. Also - he supposedly was going to be here at around 8:30 - he called around 9:00 to say he was running late and would be there in 20 minutes or so (which he was). However, while doing the carpets he appeared to be on the phone talking with someone - when maybe he should have been a little more meticulous re the cleaning he was supposed to be doing. Well - you wanted to know what I thought - there it is...
That you guys were willing to come back and clean the spots that didn't come out because I wasn't completely satisfied.

I love how responsive the whole company is. How easy it was to schedule and complete the job. My carpet looked brand new after it was clean. I especially love that there are no chemicals used and the short dry time. Thank you so much for a wounderful company and employees that know how to do their jobs.
