Zerorez has a great cleaning process. Better than others.
Do better client education. Our tech didn't give us any instructions before he left on what to expect or what we could do to help our carpet dry. It took 36 hours - and yes I said 36 - for our carpet to dry. It would have been nice to have been told what to expect.

This was my second time with Zerorez. The first time the technician was so thorough and I was so pleased. This time the technician was very nice and he tried hard to get my very dirty carpet clean. I understand he tried hard. I was so disappointed to see such a dirty edge left between my carpet and kitchen floor. I think he was about 2" short of the edge.
lied about a 25 dollar coupon that came with the cleaning...send me the promised coupon so I don't have to dispute the charges to my credit card.
For technician to review the service the customer needs.
The service was good & efficient. Because i have rental properties, I need to have a receipt that identifies a property address so I know which bill goes with each property.
Sometimes I have 3 properties in the same day.

tech didn't call in advance as promised. Didn't call til 4:30 to say he was 15 min away. We had to wait around for him to finish. Our floor was VERY wet. Not dry in 12 hours (which he said was the MAX). He finished around 7 p.m. and at 7 p.m. THE NEXT day the carpet was still damp. We had air on and windows open.
The cost was a lot higher than we expected.
Came back and cleaned an area that was missed the first time.
The technician was absolutely AWSOME and not only did a fantastic job but was very professional! Thanks you Zerorez for a great job!
I was impressed that you would send someone back to reclean our carpets when we weren't happy with the job that was done at first. The 2nd technician was great. Carpets look great now.

After having many visiting family members for a two week period, including grandchildren who go barefooted all day and run in and out over and over, our carpet has never been more dirty and grungy and in need of cleaning; Zerorez came to the rescue - it looks absolutely wonderful, a difference I can hardly describe. Seeing the carpet was such a 'disaster', the cleaning tech was very, very thorough in making sure it was done just right. Isaiah did a SUPER JOB for us, and he's so pleasant, too. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Yes, we'll definitely call Zerorez when it's time for the next cleaning.
The service was great, thanks! However your employee came across as pushy. He told me twice that he wouldn't get a bonus unless I rated him at a 10. He also tried to sell me more protectant than I wanted or could afford.

The service and outcome were fantastic!
Michael cleaned our carpets yesterday and they are dry today with little residue. He was efficient and honest about the possible outcome for some stains. The fact that there wasn't water running down the driveway was also a plus.
My carpet still does not look entirely clean, especially on the stair steps
