Though my carpets were cleaned very well this time (which was a "fix-it" visit), I feel your prices are ridiculous. For the amount I paid, I should just not clean my carpets and purchase new carpet very 4 years or so.

I have always loved you. What happened????? New guy or something? He did decent of the obvious wear in the hall way, but my living room is a huge disapointment. The area in front of the couch was fluffy, but as I vacummed an put away furniture the real story unfolded and I was so shocked to find the disapointing results. I went ot work on my own, but really, if I wanted to do it, I din't need you yet, right? I still got a lot up on my cleaning towel and one area of a food splatter My kids drinkable yougurt the night before you came) was completely ignored. I really need to call again, a rep returned my message and tried to reschedule me for a fix up. (thanks) I forget to call during business hours. I used vinegar and water to re clean the most disappointing areas so I could move back in. The hard work took care of most of my irritation, but I do feel you owe me money back or another visit. For now it is fine, (eye roll) I'll try to remember to call again later today and we can schedule something in a couple of months.

My carpet is very clean and stays that way. George was very professional, and worked very hard to get my carpet clean. I am very impressed with this company and the technician.
The cleaner was prompt and friendly and listened to what I had to say about spots and trouble areas. He got the work done efficiently and it looks good. The cost seemed like a fair price. My only trouble came when I was called initially about the time of the cleaning on Monday. I did not want a 6 p.m. cleaning time (I would rather wait until another day). The girl who called did not know how to respond and said she would talk to her supervisor and get back with me--she never did. This was a Saturday and so I called on Monday and Amanda gave me a time and date (for Tuesday) and it all worked out fine.
Removed pet stains
Jarom was wonderful, courteous, through, on time and offered the protectant. I love Zerorez and recommend to all my friends. I also recommend my technician. You have a wonderful product and I will have you back again and again.

Everything was fine. I'd prefer to have them clean my carpets early in the morning because when you have it done in the afternoon, the carpets weren't dry that evening. The young man was done at around 3:30 p.m., but the carpets were still wet at 10 p.m.

Not quite the promise your commercials say nor your message when you are put on hold calling in. Out stairs were soggy until the following day.
