When I had my grout cleaned, the technician left a lot of residue that I had to clean myself after everything was dry. I think you need to explain to customers exactly what the process involves not only before and during, but what to expect after.

You have a portable unit for cleaning our high rise condo, and arrive in the time window promised. Your service man was courteous and very helpful.

The carpet cleaning was good but the technician did not explain anything to me. The guy who cleaned our carpets a couple years who with zerorez was way better.

Great service and very personable. However, I waited for my carpets to dry before evaluating. I still can see rings where our dog urinated, which I expected would come out in the cleaning, especially when I paid extra for the pet treatment.

I like the fact that you give notice before you show up, that you are there when you say you are there, that you have professionals with great attitudes, that the carpet dries within a very short period of time, and that the carpet doesn't have an odor after being cleaned. I also like the fact that I haven't been given unexpected charges. It is nice to know that you charge a fair and reasonable price. I was also impressed that Flora came out to give an estimate very early in the morning and within less than 24 hours from calling! She was awesome! Thank you!

It is safe for children and pets. And it does the job! My carpets look amazing and it didn't leave a nasty odor.

This is the best method for cleaning carpets that I know. The product really works. The Carpet Cleaning person was very knowledgeable and profession. He kept good contact and showed up on time. Billing and all contact is done via email and on the phone. Very efficient and effective.
