Your technician was very well mannered.
It seemed the odor in the carpet could not be taken out without an additional charge, a $75.00 gallon treatment.
The odor and staining is caused by my 92 year old mother who has dementia.

I've used MOST WANTED (SL County) before and DELUX (Kaysville) and neither of them charged extra and were very successful.

The technicians are very professional, friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. Isaias was the first technician that came to my home and I have requested him every time since!! The carpet just feels CLEAN. And although I've never had one dry in 4 hours like you say, at least by overnight it is ready to go.
I do want to tell you about the man who came. It was Chris Ure. He was very pleasant (we have had two who were NOT pleasant, but this was a while back - sure neither of them are with you any more). He worked out with me how to do the areas to make the $100 minimum. He also helped move a couple items I couldn't do alone. I will remember his name and request him next time.

on the first appointment I didnt have a good experience due to the person was new and my carpets were not as clean. My husband call back to let you know, and the next day we have the carpets done again. Jace and Chriss did an excellent job on having my carpets clean again, I was able to tell the difference between the first appointment. Communication prior to the cleaning

I was suprized at how long it took to dry...I had the carpets shampooed on wed, and it still had damp spots, (even with fans going) Friday. It was completely dry Saturday.
It did feel clean, and looks so much better.

I was told that my technician would be to my home "around 3 pm" I found a babysitter for my sons at that time. I didn't hear from anyone until I called at 4 pm. The receptionist told me that a technician was sick and so they were running late. She then said she would find out where and when the technician would be to my home. I, again, didn't hear from anyone until the technician called around 4:30 to say he was on his way. He showed up at 4:50.

I was frustrated because my babysitter was only scheduled until 5- which meant I could not be here to speak with the technician, so my husband came home from work early to be here when the technician was here. I understand things come up and things get delayed, but I wish I would have been kept informed so that I could have made arrangements.

Serviceman explained in detail what was needed, gave me the option to use the products (no pressure). He showed me exactly what my problems were. Offered suggestions on correcting the problems. Was very indepth in his cleaning procedures and explained time I had to wait for each area to drive before I walked on it. Was very careful and used equipment to make sure he didn't bang walls, etc. Very pleasant experience under very stressful conditions. (The previous homeowner was a pig about cleaning up after her animals). He told me how to get in touch with him when I want my carpets cleaned which will be in the next couple of weeks after my grandson removes all the furniture from my place to move into his new place.
