Both cleaning were sooner than scheduled. There was a bit of mad rushing around
You showed up two hours late. 1:00pm when I was scheduled for a morning appointment. You failed to notify me of my appointment the morning of service and when I called in I was connected to a dispatch who wasn't there but did allow me to leave a message that was not returned until 1:20 pm. Service workers came but had broken machinery or the first application machine that is similar to a spot removing cleaner. The final result was no better than any other carpet cleaning business. One spot still shadowy dirty. Wife immediately noticed it and wants recleaned. Way different than last year. I was using a coupon that promised a free boondocks gift card if I booked a cleaning. And I mentioned that fact when I booked the cleaning. The technician remarked that he was not given any coupons when he left the shop. Dispatch was notified of my dissatisfaction. On the positive, technicians were courteous and friendly and did the best they could with half the equipment. Disposal fee is a joke.

I was told that I was the fourth appointment for the day. My appointment was to be in the afternoon. I waited around all day and FINALLY at nearly 7 pm the tech showed up. I do not consider 7pm to be "afternoon." I considered it to be evening . I do not blame the tech for the lateness of the work. however daylight was leaving and viewing the areas to be cleaned would have been easier earlier in the day.
If I had known that my carpet was not going to be cleaned until so late in the day I would not have even made the appointment. I should have read the reviews found online. I would not have been surprised. I was on the verge of placing a complaint with KSL Radio letting the advertising staff know how the lack of timeliness might ruin the company and ask why they support a company with a poor record of timeliness.
i AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CARPET BEING CLEANED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME. YOU ARE GREAT TO COME BACK AND FIX AREAS MISSED OR NOT PROPERLY CLEANED HOWEVER, IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I DID NOT HAVE TO CALL TO GET IT RECLEANED
THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH, HOWEVER, AM NOT SURE WHY IT DOESN'T CLEAN CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME.
Our carpet felt kind of crunchy afterwards. Not a big deal really, just the only reason I left an 8 instead of 10
