Your service person was polite and called in a timely manner with his arrival time.
I paid with cash and asked that a receipt be sent. I have not seen one as of yet.
I was not asked to sign anything, nor did we walk the areas that had been cleaned once he was done.
I called your office number this morning to report that the stairs that were cleaned and had protection applied were not clean and needed to be re-cleaned. This is rescheduled. I also asked the person I rescheduled with for a receipt and was assured that I would have one shortly. Still I have not seen a receipt. My previous experiences have been very positive. With this experience, I am having my doubts as to future appointments.

Your tech was great. The carpets dried much faster then our previous experances. The tech got out dirt that was not budged by other companies. We have some yellowing, in the bed rooms that I thought got special treating, that seams to be amplified since the carpet around it is clean. But in all we are happy. First name removed

Based on the marketing you do, it sounds like there shouldnt be a lot of soap and such left over in the carpet which means it should stay clean longer, I will wait and see.
I have tried other cleaners in the past and they simply don't compare to Zerorez.
I have already referred two people about zerorez. I like the concept and was excited to try it out on your sale. It seems to clean as good or better than other cleaning methods, but it leaves no stiff carpet when it dries. Your tecnician was good at explaining the process and easy to work with. No chemicals. Friendly service from the guy who came out . I feel like I have a clean home .
Seemed to clean very well and dried fairly fast.
Last time my carpets were cleaned by Zerorez the drying timed seemed a lot shorter. This time it took about 40 hours.

The customer service was great. We are pleased with the results after a different technician came and did the job correctly the second time.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. I appreciated the time he took to explain the ZeroRez technique - why it's different and HOW it's different. He was fast and thorough, the carpets looked great, dried quickly, and were clearly fully cleaned.
