How clean my carpets are. It was easy to schedule on line. Technician was nice and listened to my requests.
This particular service call was a 911 from me. I opened a cartridge of BLACK ink jet to replace the empty one in our printer. I turned the replacement cartridge the wrong way and had black ink spots on my carpet. I called Zerorez, the company I used last spring to clean all carpets in the house. This was 3:30 in the afternoon. The dispatcher said she could have a technician out to my house between 3:00-7:00pm that evening. I was thrilled for the immediate response. As it got closer to 7:00 I received a call from Eddy Vidro the tech saying he was on his way but it would be after 7:00 pm before he could get here. At 7:15 Eddy rolled in, I was so glad to see him. He was very pleasant and kind, and within 15 minutes the spots were gone. He was the best of the best. I’ll be calling them back for the spring cleaning of the entire house and some upholstery.

Do a better job of rinsing the cleaner off the tile. Our carpets were still wet the next day, too.
