carpets looked worse after they were cleaned than before--and they even came out to redo them. the carpets are only 2 years old, but now they look terrible. zerores has worked for us before, but not these past two times. such a shame :(

Scheduling was a nightmare. No one called to inform me when they were coming, so I called myself. Then they called and said they were coming (3 hours early), but I wasn't home and asked them to give me 30 minutes to get there. Then they called back and said they'd be there in 1 1/2 hours, but it ended up being 2 1/2, which was later than they had initially said they'd be there.
I wanted them to clean my vents, but their equipment wasn't working, so they couldn't do that. They had already removed my vent covers and left a few of them off for us to replace ourselves. Which wouldn't be a big deal except they are in the ceiling and will require screwing them back in and my husband just broke his electric screwdriver, so we'll be doing that by hand, should be fun.
The person who did clean the carpets was unprofessional and was talking on his cell phone while cleaning the carpet. My husband overheard one technician say to the other "Have you been spraying?" and the other one said no, but he'd start, which we took to mean they didn't pre-treat our entire 2nd floor.
And they used our water and charged $9 for water disposal? I've NEVER had another company do that.

After technician cleaned up his equipment, we realized he forgot to clean the downstairs hallway and had to get him to come back. Otherwise, he did a good job.
I like the idea of Zero Residue, and the technician was very polite and informative. Great experience!
The first time I had zerorez the tech spent almost 2 1/2 hours cleaning my carpets and my carpets were so clean when they left. This time the tech didn't spend very much time he was there maybe 1 hour and about 1/2 hour he spent selling. The first time I had dogs this time i have dogs the cost was outrageous and my house still stinks and its been 2 weeks since they were there. Also I had to clean up a mess 3 days after they cleaned my carpets and when I did the water was black so to me he barely went over the area to leave it that dirty.
The technician who came to clean our carpets was very friendly and knowledgeable.
